“This has been my go-to place when I'm out of sterling silver sheet, wire, bezel wire, or solder and need it immediately. It's not local to me but it's faster than waiting for shipping. She has all the tools and packing supplies a metalsmith could need. She's saved me multiple times over the years when I ran out of something I needed for an order and her prices are not too much more than some of the online stores. The only thing that would make this place better is if she'd more further south.”

“Top notch customer service! We recently switched over to DDC as our main electrical supplier and it's been good for our business. These guys are very knowledgeable, very friendly, and have crazy fast and accurate service. I recently placed an order after business hours, and the next morning I got there at 7am and was literally out the door in three minutes and on my way to the job site. They get back to you with questions and quotes super fast. No more waiting around for a supplier to call me back. Big thumbs up to Andrew and crew for helping Chesley Electric succeed.”

“These guys are amazing. I called with an issue regarding my shipment never arriving. When I called they were quick to look into it and send me a replacement. It was absolutely painless. They really made the best of an unfortunate situation, so I will be sure to buy more mats from them in the future.”

“Kenneth Manning is the FRIENDLIEST sales rep. He helped me figure out if I needed a new water filter and described how to change it myself over the phone, and patiently gave me prices and an explanation of how the process works. I used ALL Ferguson appliances when I renovated my entire condo 3yrs ago and they are still SO welcoming and kind.”

“5 stars for this Dunn-Edwards location! I brought in some paint that was only about a month old but had rollers left in it and some green stuff growing inside. Another Dunn-Edwards location had told me it should be fine, but the team here actually took the time to check it and immediately let me know it had gone bad and shouldn’t be used. They were super helpful, gave me a great deal on a replacement quart, and the customer service was top notch. Everyone was genuinely nice and helpful, even with me walking around with my little kiddo. This will definitely be my go-to Dunn-Edwards from now on. Great people and great customer service!”

“Home Depot always gave me PTSD when I couldn't find a single rep to help me with a carpet cleaner rental. Fast forward years later at the Westminster CA location. They employ super helpful staff now, especially Jagger who knew exactly what we were looking for and made a beeline to its location. I appreciate cheerful employees who love their job and would hire him in a heartbeat. 👏👏👏”

“The service I received on Feb 25 was very good. Shehla was at the checkout and she was very kind, courteous, and helpful. It is so nice to have someone actually acknowledge my presence and take the time to speak with me. Her effort to be helpful set the tone for my day.”
