“I just purchased a DeWalt planer (DW734) from Tool Plug. The box was marked "like new" and it was, probably a return. It worked fine but was missing the manual (not a big deal) and the screw that secures the adjustment wheel. Tommy found replacements right away when I let him know. Very responsive and nice customer service. It looks like they have a nice selection of tool in their store too.”

“This has been my go-to place when I'm out of sterling silver sheet, wire, bezel wire, or solder and need it immediately. It's not local to me but it's faster than waiting for shipping. She has all the tools and packing supplies a metalsmith could need. She's saved me multiple times over the years when I ran out of something I needed for an order and her prices are not too much more than some of the online stores. The only thing that would make this place better is if she'd more further south.”
