Great store, good sales, great staff. Wish they honored their % off coupons on clearance items. That was disappointing.Isn't that the point to quickly move this inventory to make room for new arrivals??

Not much to report, we went to the JCPenney's in Westminster Mall to buy some clothing. Tons of parking on the JCPenney side...... Honestly lots of parking on every side. This mall is going downhill quickly. No complaints about the shopping at JCPenney We got what we came for and everyone was helpful and friendly?
