I am so disappointed. My daughter was in the beauty section looking at makeup brands and she came to me and said the sales lady keeps following me around. I said she is just being helpful. Giving the sales lady the benefit of the doubt.
I encourage my daughter to go back and continue shopping. My daughter returned and now there was two sales associates a man and woman following her and me around.
They kept staring at us like we were going to steal.
When my daughter went to pay the sales woman asked her very rudely “how are you paying “
There was no need to do that. This sales woman and salesman need a class on customer service.
I have never experienced this before at a JC Penney.
Only after we paid did she say anything nice. “Have a nice day”?
I looked for her name on the receipt and no name was listed Assoc :0100 is the only thing close to what I saw. Won’t be spending my money at this JCPenney again.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Penny's is still open in Westminster Mall, but it sure is quiet inside.

The Staff members at this location are Wonderful, Kind and Helpful. I shopped in the Levi/men's Dept.

Good selection for men's work clothes. But super run down. I think they're closing in the next few years. Depressing when you're in there.
