“Wow! What an experience. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I felt I was a valued client. Greeted with the warmest smiles and was given such wonderful customer service. I was helped in the beginning with ear styling and it was recommended to change out my hoop to possibly a stud (so when I got home I did). The piercing process was fantastic and I loved that Jony took the time to walk me through it. He was training another piercer and asked if it was okay to talk through the piercing as he did it, which I thought was very thoughtful. Of course my nosy self said yes. “Stopped by the other day and it was a pleasant experience! We came based off a recommendation from a friend and everything went really well. Ann is very honest and straightforward about pricing and material on any of her jewelry and it felt very comfortable; we didn't feel like we were pushed to buy anything, so in turn we didn't haggle either. If you stop by and park in the back of the Asian garden mall, her shop is one of the first ones up the escalator. “I came here looking for little gold hoop earrings with some design, and with an easy-to-snap-on-and-off closure that also would not poke me. Tina was very patient and showed me multiple options that fit what I was looking for. She had what I was looking for, but I also then needed replacements for my other piercings for a cohesive look. She listened to my thoughts on what she had available and offered alternate suggestions as well also options that should could make for me. I really appreciated the patience in me trying multiple earring combinations until I was satisfied.

“Been searching around and this is the best place to buy a diamond ring for your significant other! Very professional and they even let us watch them cut out and fit the diamond into the ring. After the cutting and fitting was done, another person (the owner) reinspected the cut. What was even better was that, their diamond has the serial number inside of it that matches the diamond GIA certificate form that they give u alongside with the ring. So through a telescope, the owner let me see that the serial number inside the diamond ring that matches the serial number of the GIA diamond certificate paper work. I was so relieved and less stressed when they let me see the authenticity of the diamond and it's 4Cs. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. They helped my fiancé pick out a ring that fit my style perfect.Extremely upfront about prices, and easily the cheapest in all of Phuoc loc tho. They worked with me to get the diamond I wanted and also explained to me the different types of clarity and grade of a diamond when picking a diamond they had to order it and than attach it to the ring I had all while staying in my budget I ended up getting a great deal and the diamond was ready for pick up after 2-3 weeks.
