I brought my spouse to get new work boots from here as well. They were concerned about feeling pressured to buy or not finding something that'd work for them. But they found something that worked perfectly very quickly and easily, and didn't feel pressured to buy immediately either.

Shoutout to Isaac at Shoe Palace Westminster for providing top-notch customer service! I called in about an issue with a pair of Jordan 5 Grapes I bought online—the box came damaged because the head office didn’t double-box it. Isaac was incredibly helpful over the phone. He clearly explained my options and kindly directed me to the nearest Shoe Palace locations—Los Cerritos Mall, Long Beach, and Santa Ana—where I could return or exchange the item. He was professional, patient, and made what could have been a frustrating situation so much easier. Appreciate the support, Isaac!”
“I always love coming here when i'm in the area because most likely I will find something and of course I did. I found a few clothing items and I left to go check out another store. During that time i realized that I already have something similar to what I just bought. So i went back to the store and asked to return it. Unfortunately, if you don't come here often, they only offer store credit. But for me it wasn't a big deal because I know i'd be back in the future. They also use the receipt as proof of credit so just keep that in mind. They can't transfer the credit onto a gift card so i just have to remember that it's in the form of my receipt.”
