“I can never give her (the owner = Chi Cam Huong) lower than the best/top stars. Chi Cam Huong is always so wonderful to me and my family.

The negative review part is for her older sister and staff. They, supposedly, never remember the prices that Chi Cam Huong gives for me and my family. They are there when we are given set prices; but, somehow, they forget about those prices or stay quiet.

I just had a recent encounter with the older sister and staff, while one of my family members waited in the car for me (on a hot day). They gave me the higher price. I told them that Chi Cam Huong only charges me so and so price. They keep on saying no and that’s the past price. I kept firm and told the older sister that I’ll vine back when Chi Cam Huong is at the store. The older sister told me to wait and she would call right now. She picked up the phone to, supposedly, start dialing (but never did). She went to help a different customer, while making me wait. I told her that I’ll come back when Chi Cam Huong is at the store. She told me to wait for her to help this customer and she will call. Then in the middle of helping that customer, sure told her that she needs to call her sister for me. Then she stopped herself from dialing and told me the higher price is firm and if I wanted it or not. I said no and that I’m waiting for her to call Chi Cam Huong (as she said she would). She told me that she’s not going to call Chi Cam Huong and the higher price is firm and if i wanted it or not. I said no and I’ll come back when Chi Cam Huong is at the store. I left.

When I got to my car, my family member (that I left in the car) was tired and almost fainted from low blood sugar. At this point, I’m past upset and was livid.

I came home and called the store. Chi Cam Huong called me back and confirmed the set price with me.

I went to the store and Chi Cam Huong wasn’t there. It was her older sister and the same staff. I waited for help and got it. I told them about my call and set price with Chi Cam Huong. The older sister took over and called Chi Cam Huong (which I didn’t want the older sister’s help anymore). The older sister and staff were still firm on the higher price. They confirmed the set price (that I was adamant in staying with). The older sister said let me look at her (my) face and memorize it for the future to give me the correct pricing. This ticked me off.

And the older sister made the mistake by testing my integrity and said that she told me to wait for her to call Chi Cam Huong and I didn’t. I exploded on her and yelled and screamed at her for being unprofessional and hypocritical and for called her out on defaming my integrity (with witnesses around). The male staff told me to calm down. I told him straight out that I was calm until their actions caused my family member from almost passing out on the car, while they made me wait for no results.”
