(Short story, after going through the extended warranty company from hell ALLSTATE, Jeff the big supervisor, Babette and Lisa have made our lives livable to where we will return there only Because of them. I hope home depot reads all the BBB terrible reviews and changes their warranty carrier. The last 2 years of reviews are what we went through but I called HD to beg for help and got an angel named Lisa. Her extra help and determination has earned my largest respect.
