seems decent enough. not a regular of this place or its predecessor so i have nothing to compare with - i just happened to be in the area and was looking for kn95 masks.
the person that helped me seemed a little confused for a moment, but then found where they were.

Excellent customer service. Was looking for a walker for my injured son and they were super helpful to guide me on the best one for his size. So glad that we can shop locally and get our products the same day! Thank you Bright Plaza Pharmacy team!
