“I love the Y! I love the classes with Amanda! I take her Power Hour and Pilates in East Whittier and her Total Tone and Pilates in Uptown on either Mondays or Fridays. The staff is super friendly and both locations are always clean. I would give it a 5 except the hours are what get me.
I commute to work during the week days and I usually want to swim but the pool is closed by 7:30 since you close at 8pm. I don’t get home until 7pm and by the time I would even attempt to make it you are closed.
On the weekends you have limited hours as well. I do try and make it to the Y before you close at 1pm yet the weekend is the only time I have to sleep in a little bit and run some early morning errands I cannot get to on the weekdays because of work and my commute.
It would be so great if you could extend your hours either in the weekends until 2pm or 4pm or maybe extend your hours on the weekdays until 9pm or 10pm.
I know I could easily go to another gym with longer hours however I love the Y. I love that I feel safe to swim and workout without feeling uncomfortable. I am so happy to be back at the Y yet the hours make it hard for me to go in for an evening 30 min swim or weekend swim.
It would mean sooo much if you could consider it! Thank you so much for all you do for the customers! That is way I love it!”

The Bishop is most likely the best teacher i have ever met. Gods authority and word flow through. The Pastors are also anointed with the spirit of the LORD for sure. “Barlow whittier has been doing a great job helping my Son Chris recover. He has special needs and doesn’t speak so I worry about hospital stays but here at Barlow I can ask many things , get updates, there is allot of care for the patients here. I see him improving. I recommend this Hospital for your loved one.”
“I really like this place and when they have a sale it's fantastic. You really have to look hard and long for the right thing, but likely you will find it. If not the people there are very helpful. Today there was one young lady that was very helpful in assisting me to find the right frames for my house.”
“My mother-in-law has been living here for the last 10 years and it’s been wonderful for her. The manager Sam he is great ! when he says he’s going to do something he always does. He goes above and beyond. I am so grateful for him. this is a wonderful place to live, they have a lot of activities for the seniors mostly every day there’s something going on. Birthdays are celebrates every month and holiday. I give this place a great big thumbs up ?.”

“The Whittier Pregnancy Center has helped me so much! If you are in need you can go in monthly to get diapers and wipes for your kids, even clothes too! The Director there and the volunteers are helpful and the center is really pretty so I feel really comfortable going there. It is hard to ask for help, but it is worth it to find a place like this.”

“I just discovered this place. I love it! They have a good selection of classic literature. I've gone back twice in less than a week. Prices for paper back are very reasonable. Hardcovers are a bit more expensive but they are in really good condition. The staff is very kind and helpful.”
