“I'm so grateful to have this market closeby. They have everything you need for all your southeast Asian cooking and a little more. All very good prices. Fresh Asian produce and good meat case. All your bottled and jarred Asian condiments. Variety of dried noodles and also even sweet potato noodles. Curry pastes! Some prepared food as well but that seems to vary depending on the day.”

“This is a neighborhood produce store that also that has a lot of discount stuff.
The discount stuff is usually $1 and includes items near or past best by date. Depending on the item and how soon you consume it, it can be a great deal. It's funny reading some of the negative reviews complaining about the date. These folks seem to want Whole Foods dates for an item that cost only a buck...!?”

“While in line I went to check for a drink in another fridge. The customer behind me assumed I was stepping out of line and started putting her stuff on the coveyer belt. This turned into a verbal argument between the other customer and I. I was pretty upset but knew this was an argument over spilled milk. No biggie. When I got to the cashier she seen everything that had happened and apologized even though the cashier was not involved in the little tiff. This cashier is really welcoming and kind. I didn't get to take a look at her name tag but she has beautiful brunette hair with blonde streaks. She deserves recognition for her courtesy.”

“I'm visiting from the Bay area and I've always been curious of what an Aldi's was like. I guess my first impression was that it was less of a Trader Joe's and more like a Grocery Outlet Bargain Market but cleaner and more spacious.

“I have been taking my elderly parents to the Alhambra Ranch 99 Market even years before the Pandemic. Workers are very friendly and helpful. Grocery selection abundant and I stock. Seafood, meats, fruits and vegetables are fresh. Bakery items hot and tasty. Also, there are 3 in store specialty food shops to buy prepared food dishes. Very satisfied and highly recommend！”
“I really enjoy shopping at ALDI in Downey. It’s one of those places where you go in for a few things and end up finding a bunch of stuff you didn’t even expect. They’ve got a great mix of meats, snacks, household items, and little treats—you can honestly get most of what you need in one trip.
The prices are a big win. You definitely pay less here compared to a lot of other stores, which makes a huge difference.
My only small complaint is that I wish there were more options for fresh vegetables and fruits. The selection can feel a bit limited sometimes. But honestly, everything else makes up for it.
Overall, it’s a reliable, affordable place to shop with good parking and a solid variety of products. I keep coming back for a reason.”

“Smells so good the second you walk inside the store. Lots of asian bananas and cherimoya on display. Just make sure not to press on them unless you want to buy that exact item! Not much displayed if you come later in the day tho (at least during my latest visit). They also have jackfruit and durian, fresh and peeled and ready to eat. May not be displayed but you can ask the lady in the back. She's nice and don't bother you when you're just browsing. Location is next to Shin Sen Gumi.”
“This place is truly a hidden gem. While the overall produce isn't anything to write home about, the many nick-nacks that line the shelves are where your money is spent. I purchased my 1yr old the cutest set of [authentic] maracas that he has yet to put down. As for myself, a Frida Khalo clutch and a vitaminwater for the drive home. All in all, I'm happy to have wandered into this store”
“Door right away upon arrival Saturday 5am unloading within 5 mins I am pretty confident I will be on the road within an hour , culdesac says no parking and tow away I wouldn’t recommend overnight parking but for a couple hours I’d say it seems ok”
“This is a facility with two docks for loading and unloading. While there is limited space for truck maneuvering, the employees are very fast and provide excellent service; despite the tight quarters in the receiving and loading area, they know how to move and arrange things quickly. good job. “I usually shop at this 99 Ranch Market on Nogales Street in Rowland Heights. I stopped coming for a short while in the past due to some parking lot safety concerns, but I am glad to be back. This store always carries an incredible variety of brands and different Asian snacks. While running errands this morning, I noticed their Mid-Autumn Festival display is up for September. Just like in previous years, they have a massive selection of mooncakes. They even have the limited-edition Maxim Kuromi mooncakes right now! The packaging is absolutely adorable, and they are currently on sale. I also love getting their grab-and-go sushi from the deli section. This time, I noticed a new item: shrimp spring rolls. They are a unique fusion, like a crossover between a Vietnamese gỏi cuốn and a Japanese sushi hand roll. My daughters and I tried them, and they were absolutely delicious and refreshing! To top it all off, the cashier, Ming, was incredibly friendly and welcoming.”

“16pc chicken great buy at $14.99. It looks dry, but it's not. It's tender and juicy. I also bought chicken wings. The price was fair. The wings were tasty and meaty. They weren't messy like other wings. They're deep fried. Carlos took my preorder of chicken and did a great job. They were low on wings and he fried me a new batch of 2 pounds. I definitely will be ordering more chicken from them.”

“This is a secret gem (though not anymore). Competitive prices compared to other warehouse stores. Most things sold in bulk but good selection of items for the Asian household. Fresh Vegetables, canned goods and ... OMG, RICE. All our local Filipino stores in our area ran out of rice. My friend recommend this place and went here right away after lunch. Nice people working here. A worker helped me by delivering my purchase to my car.”

Today they had the nee doh chick eggs which will make great easter basket treats for the kids. Reasonable prices on seasonal attire. The bathing suit has interior mesh and love the corset back.”
