“Javier in the rental dept. was extremely helpful. Our pool filter had the main nut sheared almost into the plastic and we were unable to remove it after much time and several attempts. We decided to take the filter to Home Depot and get the correct tool to remove it properly.
Javier checked it out and came out with a tool that fit perfectly and removed it within minutes. He did it all with a great attitude, and supreme customer service. Thank you Javier, thanks Home Depot for choosing such great employees!”
“We visited Lowe’s this morning to pick up some supplies for our business. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted with a “Hello, welcome to Lowe’s,” which set a positive tone for our visit. While searching for some tools, we had trouble locating what we needed. Thankfully, Phillip, who was working in the lighting area, came to our rescue. He was incredibly patient and attentive, despite my difficulties in explaining what we were looking for. Phillip offered several options, and thanks to his help, we found the exact tool we needed. We ended up purchasing a few other items as well. Overall, it was an awesome experience!”

“At my local store, finding a Home Depot employee to get an item out of the locked cages has taken me 45 minutes. Anytime you need help or have a question, be prepared to wait. The self check out is deplorable; I absolutely hate them. I will go somewhere else to buy what I need when self check out is the only option available at The Home Depot.
Update: I went in today and they had 4 people directing and helping people at the self check out. They only have 4 self check stations. So how is it that this saves either the customer or the business time and or money.”
“I had 2 broken tiles and also needed to grout it since it was old and worn. My first time doing it and honestly, not bad for having no experience. All I needed was to watch a few videos and the people at Lowes are ALWAYS so helpful. I love this store. It's my favorite store lately! ? “The new employee Ryan in the appliance section was unbelievably helpful we went to shop for a new fridge and washer but the one we liked had a lot of features we We’re unfamiliar with when we asked Ryan what they meant instead of just saying I’m not sure they spent time trying to figure it out and let us know when they did very kind and helpful and patient. Excellent customer service.”
“Today I went in with my boyfriend to make him his set of keys for the house so he can have his own. We asked a worker in front where do we go make the keys I didn't get his name but he told us. We went to the kiosk and here comes the district manager Richard asking us if we need help. We said yes. He made 4 keys for us today. He was so friendly and helpful. He even got our names and shook our hands. He made the visit very helpful. Thank you to district manager Richard!”
