Service can be amazing and helpful, especially with coupons, though it can also be a hit or miss with staff knowledge. The store is new and beautiful with a nice yarn collection, but long waits at checkout have been noted. Some locations have issues like no bags and restrooms out of service. It is the place where sewers and crafters shop.
Excellent assistance. I walked in and showed what needed to be fixed. The employee walked me over to show me what I was looking for.

Amazing service, excellent merchandise selection and everyone is always so helpful!! They're also really helpful with the coupons and making sure you get the best price. I come here about once a week because I love this location and selections.

Love this store it's about time lahabra got back to basics. I'm older 62,I don't need another shoe store or preppy 2 booth eateries .
