“Came in on 02/12/24 with phone trouble had to get a new iphone with a trade in same day , I was helped out by Abraham! Helpful, Honest and very patient. He was professional and answered all of my questions. Next time I come back with phone trouble, would like to get helped out again by him! “Service good and friendly. Efficient. Only one problem, worker did not wear protective mask. When asked if he would put one on, he replied no. Needed phone so sat in car while upgrade was done. Wiped everything down like crazy when he was done. In non-COVID times would have been 5-stars, today, considered 1 star. Gave 4 because of efficiency.”

“So.. it looks like the store is revamping and after going to another location where the computers are down I came in here asking if everything was ok. Linda greeted me and assured me that everything was fine and she would be able to activate a new phone purchase for my mom. I didn't take any pictures but you can imagine what a store that is revamping looks like.. Linda was over the top great with customer service! Multi-tasked like no ones business.. It was a shame that she was the only employee in the place but she handled it like a pro ! A few times while I was there customers started to pile up but she addressed each customer and kept everything light hearted so everyone was fine waiting their turn to get things done. A+++ I'm not one to really shop at boost mobile but.. Linda definitely changed my mind. Thanks for the great customer service !”
“I have been going here for years and this Metro Pcs is very well keep clean and friendly staff. The employee's Teresa/Jasmine/Adriana are always so helpful in anyways possible. I've had to go threw out the years for either an upgrade or issue with my device and they clearly are extremely knowledgeable. It is sad to see that their review for this store is so low from people that might of just been mad going in. But Metro PCS should be proud to have a great team. I have worked more with Jasmin and she has great Customer Service skills/technical support. She seems hard but knows what she is doing.”

“Diego helped us save over $100 a month between our phone bill and the directv bill. He took the time to carefully answer all of our questions too. I really appreciate his informative and friendly manor with his customers. My family will definitely be coming back to him for our AT&T needs.
We also had Wilson hook up the new direct tv devices in our home. We were lucky enough to get the direct tv set up the day we went to the store. He was very friendly and respectful while entering our home. The whole process was really quick and we have no issues so far.”
