“Yanina, was great. She was all alone and took care of our phone exchange and new purchase. Customers would come in and she would do what she could to help them and finish up our order. She was present and patient with everyone, great employee.”
“This was the most helpful experience I’ve ever had at MetroPCS. The representative who assisted me (his name started with an “H”) was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly a problem solver. He took the time to make sure everything was resolved and explained things clearly. Excellent customer service!”
“I accidentally read the text message rating system wrong. When it asked how satisfied I was with my visit I read it wrong and thought number 1 only said satisfied not very dissatisfied. David was awesome so he deserves 5 out of 5”
“My husband and I had such a great experience. David was so helpful and truly such a great guy. Made us feel like a friend that's helping us out. Will definitely be coming back again.”
“Brought in my S24 Ultra that I dropped recently and cracked the back glass on it. Comet was very informative with time frame for repairs and prices were super reasonable. It bugged me to have the glass shattered so I brought it to Cell-U. She did an awesome job and repair time was quick and same day. Will definitely recommend to others.”
“Zach was the absolute best! He went more than above and beyond to help us. I will definitely recommend this specific location to people because of his excellent customer service 🙏”
