I was satisfied with the associate that helped. She was friendly and took her time to answer my questions and she gave me options how to purchase the item that was not in stock.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I have taken my dog to petshotel here before and I found out after I picked him up that he was put into a small crate the whole time and not allowed to be with other dogs because he is a bull terrier mix. Not even full. He is mostly lab.
Yet I then recently made another mistake of booking the doggy day care here on 6/6/24. When I went to go drop him off it took a long time for a person to help me and 2 other people. Once one of the employees came out to take him he didn't ask for any vaccination records of any kind. I did not think about this as I was not told to bring vaccination records when I called. But it didn't register in my head until once I picked him up how terrible this is because you don't know what types of diseases other dogs have. If they didn't ask me for his vaccination records I am sure they didn't ask other people for their dogs vaccination records as well. The whole daycare is poorly managed and unkempt and unclean.
In addition to all this when I picked him up I was told that next time he wouldn't be allowed back here to daycare because he is bull terrier. But I told her that he is mix. She still pushed back by telling me it's store policy which I underestand, and that her manager was on lunch break. I would have to wait 30 minutes to talk to the manager. But the employee then gave me another option and the benefit of the doubt by telling me she could look at him herself to see if he really does look bull terrier. When she brought him to me I thought things would turn out well but then she gave me the bad news that he cannot attend again. It's a real bummer because she also explained to me that he did really well at the day camp assuming he actually got to be with other dogs and not segregated. The lady who was working there was somewhat professional I just don't believe he really got play time and it sucks because I wasted 24 dollars for it. Never coming back here again, because obviously we can't. Thanks for listening to my rant.

The store itself is nice and clean, stock is always good, and the staff are nice. However, I place small orders for curbside/pickup a lot and sometimes it's never ready. The last few times I did same day delivery (ordered in the morning to arrive in evening when I'm home) and it either never comes or they send it the next day when I'm not home and it was something frozen! When I wait in store for my pick up orders I just get ignored for 10+ minutes. So I just buy in store now.

Very poor customer service when dealing with staff. Have a prescription for my dogs food and nobody seems to know what to do.

Patient and helpful staff. I come here whenever I need litter. The place is definitely understaffed as they don't have people updating their sales tags, but the accommodating and polite staff definitely make it worth repeat patronage.

My dogs go in a bit nervous, but soon settle down. Their groomer has a warm and gentle way that calms them both. They leave refreshed, and very playful after their baths. ?

My puppy just completed all his shots and I am thankful for all the staff and great service we got. Thank you Dr. Grant, Amanda and all the wonderful staff that helped us. We even signed our puppy up for Puppy training with Ms. Rebecca and my puppy went from being afraid of people and other pets to being so confident and friendly. Now he is too friendly. Thank you once again to all the wonderful staff and services from PetSmart at WHITTWOOD.

Petsmart loves pets. Bring your dog. Buy a collar as the dog is there to try it on!!! They will help. Their dog trainer does a great job!

They are always to busy to take my calls.. They burn my paws with shaver. They gave him an expression so hard that he was in so much pain for 5days. And the person in charge did not even apologize or call me back to see how it went in the doctors office... She claims she did not have any appointments until 1week later. I rushed him to the hospital Doctor said he was burn with clippers. He was on antibiotics and pain meds.. I have always taken my babies to the store in garden grove and they treated my babies as their own.. Jessica love all my babies
