“Francine’s review below me captured the essence of why I’m writing this 5-star review. The lady working here is phenomenal and just exudes such great energy! So much so that she’s got me writing a review for USPS lol Her kindness, warmth and just overall helpfulness was the best experience we’ve had and it truly made our day, so thank you.”

“This is my local post office and have always had a good experience. I do see the sign on the door regarding being closed at lunch and have been lucky that I have never showed up at that time. All the times I have come service has been quick and the workers polite. Here are the latest posted hours for collection times if you want to drop something off in the box, even if the main mailroom is closed.”

“I am a huge advocate for the USPS, especially now since younger people don't understand the difference between the USPS and UPS. The people who work here are nice and know me as a regular. And they usually have the newest books of stamps on offer so I always get mine there.”

“Just left this post office. Way different from wtf Im used to. Because the parking lot is shared with quite a few businesses in this shopping complex (Santa Fe Plaza). So there is always somewhere to park. When you enter the post office, its like a ghost town. Because it was empty af. Only one person was ahead of me. Hilda was my cashier. She was cool. No problems. Besides Southgate location, this is the only other post office that got a 4 star rating from me.”
