The phone system is so astronomically terrible. Just cannot get in contact with one single agent to ask for ypdates on my missing package. Just keeps referring me to a dumb app or dumb link. Just get me through to an actual freaking person. my god why is that so much to ask for

Beware of this location. Peoples packages dissappear here and so did mine. I payed over $100 for the stuff they have there. They got thieves working there. My tracking ID now says its invalid and someone was supposed to reach out to me but they didnt
