“Took my vehicle for tire rotation, balance, & alignment check. Jeff listened to what I requested & mechanics did a thorough inspection. Once done they gave back the paper to Jeff and waited for the total of what I would pay. Aside from being informed my tire sensors needed to be replaced (Save that for another time), total came to $0. They are doing FREE tire checks. I Waited for 2 hours and change but quicker than most places. I have been coming here for years due to their good service, professionalism, & transparency to their work. Plus it was sooo hot everyone was still with good attitudes. Thank you”

Dealing with Joel was straightforward and simple. Their pricing is good and they had four tires mounted and balanced with an alignment in exactly an hour. They also knew someone who came and purchased my stock rims while I waited.

“I just had my oil changed and a wee tune up at Cook's. They are great.
Their prices are very fair and they treat you nicely. The staff there is great and they don't try to sell me stuff I just don't need and did not ask for.
The place is as clean as a tire store can be and there is a spot for you to wait. I left and came back.
They have discounts now and again. I posted their latest advert.

He not only assisted with the alignment service but also provided a clear and honest quote for rear brake service on my Subaru.
I scheduled the wheel alignment for a Friday afternoon and decided to leave the Subaru overnight for the brake service, which was set to be completed on Saturday morning. So I did and they checked the car and found a nail in the back drivers side tire. Im so glad I took it in and they took care of the problem. TYVM to the tech and the agent. “Found their ads for specific tires (llantas) on OfferUp, had some msgs thru the app with 'Daniel' (older one). Then I contacted their shop directly and he quoted me a fairly good deal on two (2) tires I really needed as my fronts were pretty worn out. They don't take credit cards or debit so had to run over to bank for Cash-Ola (Dinero).Only issue I had was with some wanna-be tough guy right next door to them at Wally's Auto. He thought he was gonna 'bully' my friendly 'service dog' by swingin' his broom at it. He believed he would show some bravery in front of his wife / sister (maybe both in the same, who knows), but I made sure he knew I was not one to be trifled with. Especially when it comes to my 'boy' ! Wrong move on his part ! Nope... Bang-Pow, How ya like me now ?!Anyhow, happy with the overall customer service from all involved here and I'll likely be back for two more tires once they replenish their stockpile of 33" × 16" all-terrain tires ??!”
