“OMG I've been trying to get my nail in my tire patched for 2 weeks and every where has been booked or closed by the time I get out of work, I was referred here by a friend and I was not disappointed I called they said come in at 6 they took me at 548 I was gone by 610 & I was able to stay in my car while they sealed up my tire. I didn't get their names but they were 2 men that were quick efficient and very helpful and didn't try to RIP me off because I'm a woman lol I will definitely be coming back for any tire needs! They do get super busy so it’s best to call ahead to make an appointment or show up right when they open to drop off the vehicle.”

“Today I slid and blown up 2 of my tires. I called Jaime the mechanic up and was sorry to bother him too early, but he came to open the shop 1 hour early to take care of me. Hes such a dedicated worker to his customer. It was my first time there also. He even offered great discount to me. Also they offer service out there when you are stuck somewhere. “I just got a Sam's club membership, and I gotta say, the food court is way better than Costco. The pizza is not all soggy and oily, but really tasty. The soda cups and lids are way more sturdy, and I like that they give you straws. The hot dogs are all beef, which costco no longer has. Not sure if it's always like this, but wasn't too busy when we came, only one person in line in front of us. Lunch for both me and my wife for just over 6 dollars, and it tastes great? Yes please!”

“Where to begin I came one day to this mechanic in need of an oil change. I was pleasantly surprised I was greeted with such Southern Hospitality WARMTH, EXPERIENCE, and all their mechanics very knowledgeable in everything they do all around.It has been my go-to mechanic shop going on 5-yrs and very happy with all the work they do including GUSTAVO, the captain that runs the ship straight forward making sure everything goes smoothly on a day-to-day basis.Thank you guys for all your hard work and dedication I appreciate all you do to keep me safe on the road always!????????????”

“So there really four reviews in one here. I go to the store of course but I would also review the gas station, the cafe and the tire shop as though they were separate items. That is not available now so here is my attempt. STORE: ***** Someone mentioned that they like Sam's more than Costco and I wasn't sure until the ability to Scan and Pay. I love that feature so when the wife or someone wants something, like alcohol, where you have to get in line I will only do it when there are no long lines. The products are great so no problems with that here. Oh, and I love that I can add my card to my Apple Wallet. GAS STATION: **** The lines are always shorter here and typically the same price as Costco but this location has no ability for long lines like Costco does so you don't typ get the long lines, when you do; drive away. Also, I have not figured out how to buy gas using the app.CAFE: *** This is a love hate relationship. I love the cafe and their offerings but it just seems that they never have enough staff and I think that makes them a little bitter or just not as friendly. Last week I was here and went to the cafe about 5 minutes to 7 PM and they had someone at the end of the line. I said, "its not 7" but she wasn't going to let me in. Next time you are here count how many people are working the cafe and then compare that to Costco, it will be about half. That's a management problem not a staff problem.TIRE SHOP: *** So I purchased my tires here in the past and a couple of months ago I purchased new tires [all 4] for my car. About two weeks ago I was in the IE and got a 2nd sensor reading that a tire was low. I didn't drive it all the way to La Habra where I purchased my tires and they were able to fix the problem; after a 3.1/2 hour wait. When I asked that store if they rotated the tires they said no to get an appointment for that. Damn I just waited 3.1/2 hours. But I did make an appointment for La Habra and took my car in. I was 1/2 hour early to my appointment because I was on the road and finished early. And then proceeded to wait 3 hours; yes 3 hours to get a rotation. The kid working the register was very apologetic when I went to check up after 2 hours and then again when I picked up my car. He was alone when I went at the 2 hour mark so there was nothing he could do. And there were two other clients trying to price tires so I knew he wasn't going to be touching my car for a while. Again, not a staff problem but a management problem.”

“I love this Sam's, or Sam's club overall. Why you ask?? Well because they have self check outs and also the app that makes it so much easier to just grab your items and go. If you haven't got the app go get it! Plus they have the sushi place inside the club and they have delicious fresh rolls. The employees are really nice and on top of it, helping you if you are looking for a certain item and also their returns are so quick, but there are huge lines at times, that's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars but overall great store. oooh the deli I forgot to say they also work with the app, so you can just order ahead and the food is ready and also have items on the side so you can grab and pay”

“Went in Friday at 5:30pm. Was told that appointments could be made 7 days in advance or come in at 9:30am Saturday, stand in line and get the tires changed in 2-3 hours (Fri-Sun are their busiest days). I had already ordered my tires online and knew they were in stock. I got in line at 9:00am chatted with people in line, at 9:30am I dropped off my keys and was given an estimate of 2-3 hours. 3 hours later my car was done. Customer service was excellent, apologies for it taking so long and updates even without asking. These guys are doing their best. Costco has amazing prices, great warranty, tire rotations and more. If they sucked at their jobs we wouldn't be willing to spend 3 hours waiting(besides what other tire center has food samples, a food court, the ability to shop and accomplish so much in one place)?”
