I walked in thinking it was Verizon. To my surprise, it wasn't but the employee there was able to help me even though I was not a customer with total wireless. She gave me more information and I will be coming back to switch over soon.

If you want to save money & get a better customer service & not get ripped off like next door at Metro! PLEASE Stop by Total! The girl was super chill & she helped me put a lot! At first I was a little unsure if I wanted to switch, but she was able to hook me up with a great deal & she gave me a cool hat!
