I wish I had gotten the lady's name because, even though she did her job in getting my payment and stuff, her attitude was so rotten. I hardly said a word and didn't try to defend myself because I thought she would sabotage my packages. I'm sorry she hates her job that much, but the way she treated me and also snapped at me wasn't justified at all. Having a bad day doesn't give someone permission to take it out on another person. If I didn't feel like she'd do something to my packages I would have defended myself. This was a bummer...

Mail carrier won't deliver my mail due to my dog and customer service won't help I've put a mail box outside by the street still he won't deliver my mail just cause my dog slipped out the back door and ran across the street barking at him.. mail carrier has personal issues with my dog she hasn't bit anyone nor attempts too this isn't the first time we had issues with the USPS in Whittier Michigan they're not helpful at all ..all needs to be fired..

Awful customer service. Ordered a desk through Amazon, was supposed to arrive on a Thursday. They attempted the delivery and left a note saying I have to SCHEDULE a delivery THEY couldn't deliver? I tried scheduling, but turns out my item doesn't exist in their system! Calling their number is a nightmare. Whenever you ask for an agent they ask tons of questions rather than connecting to a real person. I feel like I'm dealing with a stone wall and I have no idea how I'll be receiving my desk. Total incompetence.

If I can give them 0 stars, I would! This is our 2nd time one of our packages goes missing. It shows “Out for delivery” which means it was scanned at the office and given to the mail carrier to deliver it but we never receive them. Every time we try to call the supervisors, they never have answers for us. Terrible experience, terrible customer service. USPS needs to do a better job at hiring honest people. I understand we are humans and we make mistakes but two times means someone who works there is stealing the packages and no one is doing nothing! 😡😡😡😡😡

If I order a product on line that uses USPS to deliver it to my home, I have a 50-50 chance of actually recieving it. The USPS located at 8520 Michigan Avenue, Whittier, CA 90605 needs to be shut down and all its' employees fired! In the last several months I have at least 4 packages supposedly delivered to my locked mail box that were not. Several of my neighbors have had the exact same issue multiple times. This post office is horrible. They are thieves, incompetent or both! Avoid using this their services as much as possible!

Horrible delivery service. Ordered some toddler bookshelves thru amazon supposed
To be delivered by post office. We were at work. Saw the video the mail carrier lady didn’t even attempt to try and deliver the packages left a note saying oversized item now we have to go pick up at the post office that’s only open from
8:30-5pm Monday thru Friday when we work well past 5pm. There was no signature required for the items. Why even offer to deliver if your mail carrier can’t even take the items off the deliver vehicle. Amazon drivers have delivered there exact same bookshelves (3 to be exact) and never had an issue with delivery. Now we can’t even put them
Together on the weekend when it’s the only time off we have. Absolutely ridiculous. Not even sure we can pick them up.

Very long line, slow service. No employees were up front at windows helping customers for the first 10 minutes or so when I arrived. No one knew where the employees were. They were all in the back. Eventually one employee came out to help. Then 2 other employees were in back and came up front at windows.

I really hope other locations don't have the same terrible service this location does! I don't know how many times they given me and my neighbors the wrong mail! Besides this, they always have a long line with maybe one or if you're lucky two people who work at no fast pace whatsoever! They have poor attitudes, don't offer suggestions to help & leave you to try & figure out everything yourself! If you ask for help, they give you a look like your dumb & reluctantly answer any questions!

This post office provides the worst customer service ever. They don't care about finding their packet, but they have time to be on their phone and text. Although they promise to call you back, they don't until you come in person. Also those two cashiers should be fired.
