This is the worst location... There's always a long line with only 2 Tellers no matter what time of day you come here... And there's always a lady with blonde hair walking around asking what can we help you with... Help with providing more then 2 Tellers.

This place is trash. The personal bankers left me sitting for over 30 minutes, I had to walk up to them and ask them if I can sign in (even though they saw me sitting for a while) The lady miserably asked me if I had made an appointment and said she really couldn't help me like she didn't want to be there. This is why I left Wells Fargo.

No I would not recommend Wells Fargo banks there are not attending customers property understaffed, and we had an issue with our account of fraud the bank was charging us service fees on our account that we did not even qualify for or asked for the account manager that attending to us was nice apologize, but this needs to be taken care of asap from escalated source spending my time having to go back twice because they did not take customers in without appointments. So because their fraudulent scam, they did we have to be taking time out of our busy lives to take care of this charges being put on our account. Beware of your accounts check statements make sure any little flaws that they're not taking money or charging for services without you even signing for.

No one answers the phone here, apparentlyAnd IF/when they do, they put you on hold just long enough (30mins+) to annoy you to hang up, so they don’t have to service you . I absolutely cannot wait to close my account with them :)

Nice and friendly but if you take out a couple thousand or so your gonna get harassed. Don’t understand why this bank has to ask me where the money came from. This doesn’t happen at Irvine or other Wells Fargo. Is it because I’m Latino? Hope it’s just bad policy that needs to be updated.

Been to this Wells several times. Always leave in a worse mood than I entered. Come here only if you have a considerable amount of time to waste cause believe me they will waste your time on even a simple transaction with their glacial movements. Rude af. If you're going to hire rude b**ches make sure they at least know how to smile. Thanks. P.s. to the teller that helped me YOU'RE A TELLER. get your bread up before you talk to me so rude hun.

So disappointing we have been a customer for 20+ years and we need to do a wire transfer and we need to call 1 to 2 days in advance. Horrible customer service. Don’t bank here

I have been a wells customer for some years at the whittier branch on Greenleaf. The staff is great but the lines are outrageous ? there is usually 1 maybe 2 tellers. This to me is very frustrating they need more tellers for the amount of customers they see daily. Today I went in to so some transactions twice and only 2 tellers and a line with at least 12 people. I will now be going to the LA Habra branch. So disappointed ?

Sonia was amazing very professional it was such a pleasure working with her I have been banking with wells fargo since 2003 I will be honest though if it wasn't for Sonia I was thinking of closing my account due to the fact that when I went there twice the girls that are working at the whittier location many of them are very unprofessional, they socialize and laugh to much, they also do not want to take the initiative or the patience to help you out but Sonia wow she explained everything in detail she was friendly and I just loved how she made feel so comfortable excellent customer service Sonia thank you again Sonia I will be referring my friends to open up a bank account the owner at this location really needs to coach and train the employees here to be on top of business and keep professional thank you

It never fails. Two cashiers open on a Friday payday. I've been waiting in line for 30 minutes for a cashiers check. So frustrating. Maybe when there are people waiting the management can step in and help us get in and out instead of sitting in the background? I mean, you're probably in the middle of something but get back to that after clearing the line.

Horrible service period, already regretting giving them business Long line, management seems clueless, line don't move, very frustrating, in fact had visited 4 branches in the area of Norwalk and Whittier in California horrible horrible service so unprofessional lack of management overall
