No one answers the phone here, apparentlyAnd IF/when they do, they put you on hold just long enough (30mins+) to annoy you to hang up, so they don’t have to service you . I absolutely cannot wait to close my account with them :)

Nice and friendly but if you take out a couple thousand or so your gonna get harassed. Don’t understand why this bank has to ask me where the money came from. This doesn’t happen at Irvine or other Wells Fargo. Is it because I’m Latino? Hope it’s just bad policy that needs to be updated.
