It took a while to get scheduled for my crystalline that had failed after 7 years, but 3M warrantied it and the shop in my opinion did a great install job. “Man is a life safer!! My dog murdered my window’s button/motor literal minutes before I had to leave for work. I was panicking calling everyone to try to get it fixed because I didn’t feel comfortable going to work and leaving my car in public with its window down all day. He got to me in like 10-15 minutes and got me squared away in just about the same time. He had to take the inside door out all because my dog popped the switch into the door and it was stuck. Then we find out he completed busted the motor. Johnny was able to get it out and pull the window up for now. Needless to say when I get the new motor I’ll be calling him back! My appointment was for 830 and at 835 I was being met by the auto service attendant who quickly handled his business and sent me on my way. It’s good to know that this company is here close to home should I ever need them again.
