“Kevin in a very skilled and talented jeweler! I took my wedding ring in because I had lost two stones from a pressure-set setting. He confirmed that the setting was no longer viable and I would continue to lose stones, even if I replaced them. I was heartbroken that I would have to put my beautiful ring away and buy a new one, but Kevin told me that he could remake the setting with the same stones, adding metal to strengthen the two rows of diamonds. This was a huge job, but I am so happy with the results! “What a great experience! I came in on a Thursday, looking for a very unique type of screw backing for one of my earrings. I hadn't worn them in so long because I didn't have a back for it. I chose Keller's jewelry because a lot of people had mentioned them on Facebook, so I thought I'd give them a try. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted with, a friendly "hello", and "welcome"! I was attended to quickly and the backing to my earring came in the very next day. I have to say, customer service has really faded away, but not here at Keller's jewelry. “We been to other pawnshops that their customer service was ok or less of being polite. Their offers that they would give you towards what you pawn is very little and unfair. To where they would make much much more money than the little you got from them that they gave you.Here we were welcomed right away. He explained how they rate gold shown us how real it is by testing them. Then knowing we needed to pay rent we were short. So he understood and did his best to reach that but he still had stick to their business well being. Total all I give 100% satisfied and happy to know I have up to four months if I want my items back only pay what I borrowed and just a very extra small amount extra. Great!??”
