“It's a really nice, serene, garden center. I do feel they are more expensive than Home Depot, Lowe's, Walmart, etc. I'm always looking for a specific tree or plant. They never seem to have it but ALWAYS offer to find it at another location or order it for me. That's nice and always appreciated! The quality of their plants is always top notch however, I did see evidence of insects on their apricot trees while I was looking for one. Overall, it's a very nice and pleasant place. The Staff are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend Armstrong 👌”

“Wow! The place is fun to walk around. It's more than a retail store. There's the main building, but multiple ancillary free-standing buildings out back that look like sheds, with a whole lot more stuff to look at and purchase. They sell clothing in the main building. Household indoor and outdoor decoratives everywhere else. It's the kind of place you wish you could just spend the night at. Very nice ladies at the counter. Spiritually positive.”

“Came in to ask advice on the best options for tree/hedges/vines to help beautify my view. Neighbors are avid gardeners so they have tarps and tents up to protect from sun that are above fence line. I’d been researching for weeks & became frustrated. Mike was so patient and helpful. Didn’t try to oversell. I actually ended up adding three more as they guys were planting. One stayed to co tinie working and the other ran back to Murrieta Oaks to get the additional trees. His guys were amazing in helping with perfecting the placement of each tree to get the maximal coverage possible. Mike also went through my plant wish list for the rest of my yard and helped fine tune it. He ordered the plants I wanted that he didn’t have on hand in the sizes I wanted and had them delivered with the trees in just a few days. So grateful and I will continue to purchase from him.”

“Found this nursery through Facebook Marketplace. After a few weeks of research, I believe this place had the cheapest price and value for the type of fruit plants I was looking for. I contacted through FB Messenger (Bill?) as well as text messages. After a hour drive, I ended up with a rio red grapefruit, oro blanco grapefruit, hass avocado, olallieberry and blueberry plants. I was told by Bill that the olallieberry grows good since I was looking for another berry plant. In person, I was slightly disappointed because it didn't have any flower or fruit but my girlfriend encouraged me to just get it. I'm hoping it will show signs of fruiting soon because my blackberry and blueberry plants are already fruiting. All 5 plants still needed a little bit of pruning at home because some or part of the leaves were eaten by unknown pests. Ended up with 4 mosquito bites as well. My only complaint would be the employee there didn't speak or understand much English. The good thing was another customer arrived shortly after, spoke Spanish and helped us translate. GPS to the address was correct for the most part except where it ends. It will take you to a locked gate just a little bit past the orange cones. Instead of following GPS all the way to the end, look for the orange cones and park on the dirt road to the side. The orange cones is where the entrance is at. I may be back for other fruit plants in the future.”

“I want to put a BIG shoutout to a sweet employee named Grace at the Murrieta Home Depot located on Madison. She went out of her way to help me over the phone about a home delivery. I had just purchased a good sized freezer for our garage and it was missing one of the bins on the inside of the door. She had to call me back to find out about this model and to talk it over with her manager. She called me right back with awesome news, stating that I would receive the missing bin in the mail in about a week to a week and a half. “Dave in the paint department provided the BEST customer service. In this time where I've noticed it difficult to find an employee that is enthusiastic about their job and there is such a lack of help at many stores that cater to customers, Dave was a breath of fresh air. Instead of pointing me in the right direction to find the wood stains, he asked me about my project and discussed my options on what colors and types of stains to use. He took his time to explain the different types of wood there are and how they all take to stain differently. He was an expert on the topic and I felt confident that he could help. I've been trying for months to find a stain that would match our cabinets. He looked at my sample and was able to match it instantly. He was spot on when several others could not help. Thank you so much Dave for going above and beyond to help. We are thrilled with the outcome. I wish there were more people like Dave (friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, genuine and enthusiastic).”
