“Curby’s Nursery is outstanding! This was our first visit. We received excellent service. I called on a Saturday looking for three plants of the same variety. Calls to other nurseries came up empty. Miguel at Curby’s confirmed that he had the plants we wanted. Said he would set them aside until we could come the next day. I called ahead before we arrived to make sure. Miguel remembered me. He had the plants waiting for us. When we arrived, we met Andrew from Curby’s team. He knew about our three plants and where to find them. He brought them to our car. They are very nice. Perfect all the way. We will gladly visit again. You should, too.”

“It's a really nice, serene, garden center. I do feel they are more expensive than Home Depot, Lowe's, Walmart, etc. I'm always looking for a specific tree or plant. They never seem to have it but ALWAYS offer to find it at another location or order it for me. That's nice and always appreciated! The quality of their plants is always top notch however, I did see evidence of insects on their apricot trees while I was looking for one. Overall, it's a very nice and pleasant place. The Staff are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend Armstrong 👌”

“The guy in the office was very helpful. We described what we needed and he gave me some options. We drove over and loaded the flowers and we were off. Quick and easy. Also cheaper than home depot. I would always rather keep our money in our neighborhood when I can. Great nursery. A+”

“Wow! The place is fun to walk around. It's more than a retail store. There's the main building, but multiple ancillary free-standing buildings out back that look like sheds, with a whole lot more stuff to look at and purchase. They sell clothing in the main building. Household indoor and outdoor decoratives everywhere else. It's the kind of place you wish you could just spend the night at. Very nice ladies at the counter. Spiritually positive.”

“Don Fernando’s is a gorgeous property! As others have described, it’s magical, ethereal, and peaceful. The owner is kind and welcoming and the pride he takes in the property is evident in every row, every artfully designed area. If you have the opportunity to wander the property you’ll see the obvious evolution in progress. Plantings, lights, glasswork, artistic surprises. And the largest and most extraordinary collection of succulents I’ve seen in my life, both in variety and size. At dawn there are hot air balloons taking off from every direction, during the day discover the living art of the property, and after nightfall be drawn to different areas by way of fairy lights. What a fantastic visit!”

“Found this nursery through Facebook Marketplace. After a few weeks of research, I believe this place had the cheapest price and value for the type of fruit plants I was looking for. I contacted through FB Messenger (Bill?) as well as text messages. After a hour drive, I ended up with a rio red grapefruit, oro blanco grapefruit, hass avocado, olallieberry and blueberry plants. I was told by Bill that the olallieberry grows good since I was looking for another berry plant. In person, I was slightly disappointed because it didn't have any flower or fruit but my girlfriend encouraged me to just get it. I'm hoping it will show signs of fruiting soon because my blackberry and blueberry plants are already fruiting. All 5 plants still needed a little bit of pruning at home because some or part of the leaves were eaten by unknown pests. Ended up with 4 mosquito bites as well. My only complaint would be the employee there didn't speak or understand much English. The good thing was another customer arrived shortly after, spoke Spanish and helped us translate. GPS to the address was correct for the most part except where it ends. It will take you to a locked gate just a little bit past the orange cones. Instead of following GPS all the way to the end, look for the orange cones and park on the dirt road to the side. The orange cones is where the entrance is at. I may be back for other fruit plants in the future.”
