“Genuine customer service seems harder and harder to find theses days. I generally consider a good one time experience a fluke or something like that. But when it happens repeatedly by the same person, that is nothing short of great customer service.Ivy is the very pharmacist I speak of. She has a genuine love for her occupation and the people she serves. This is evident in the way she provides a personal concern in ensuring she has done all she can to make sure all my concerns are met, my questions are answered and that I don't pay more than I need to for my prescriptions.Many times I would mention my frustration over the high costs of medications. On several occasions, she would go on-line to retrieve coupons for me which would greatly lower the cost of certain medications. She would provide good sound advise so I can properly decide as to the best option for re-fills and insurance coverage.When she sees me walking towards the counter, she greets me by name with a glowing smile and retrieves my prescription/s ahead of time.In all the many years I've gone to various pharmacies, never have I received this level of sincere customer service from a pharmacist.In conclusion, if Ivy were to re-locate to another pharmacy farther away and less convenient, I would gladly go out of my way to wherever that maybe!”

“Today (4/20/2022) @2pm a lovely young lady with long brown hair and a handsome young man with blonde hair rung me up at register 1 and they were both so pleasant. Being a new mother, I have my hands full with my little one and I had stuffed everything in the bottom of the stroller while shopping. The young man insisted to help me to my car to make it easier for myself. I felt really bad because I did not want to be a difficult customer but the young lady also insisted that it was no trouble. The young man was so helpful and we had a cheerful conversation on the way to my car. I've never had such an amazing experience at this Albertsons before or anywhere else for that matter. Thank you for employing such kind young people in your store. I am so sorry I wasn't able to get their names as I was so scatter brained at the time but I hope that they get the recognition they rightfully deserve!”
