Santa Rosa Apartments in Wildomar, California offers renovated one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes that are stylish and refined. The apartments are nice, with a larger than most kitchen, wood flooring, and attractive grounds with nice landscaping and trees. It is a quiet location with convenient parking. The fantastic, quaint location is in a suburban community near Murrieta and Lake Elsinore, placing residents within minutes of Temecula Wine Country and outlets, and a short drive from the San Bernardino Mountains. The maintenance crew is consistently described as amazing, awesome, professional, and great at their job. They are very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond with very minimal wait times and quick request responses. The office staff are also noted as sweet and hassle-free. However, some cons include slow maintenance follow-through on certain issues, unreliable gate clickers, limited garage door openers, and a gate that sometimes closes very early. A significant complaint is a crazy amount of spiders, including black widows and brown widows, around the pool, mailboxes, patios, and even inside apartments.
We’ve lived here for about 5 months now and so far love it! We’ve had a couple issues with our toilet and fan and contacted maintenance and both issues were resolved within a day. Javier at maintenance was also very helpful and professional!
