“Santa Rosa Apts are really good. Apartments are nice, with a larger than most kitchen, wood flooring, attractive grounds with nice landscaping and trees. It is quiet with convenient parking.Cons: gate sometimes is closed as early as 5:30. Clickers are unreliable. With 3 adult drivers in our apartment, we have only 1 garage door opener and 2 gate clickers.Slow maintenance follow thru, no one answers phone, 90% of time it is answering machine, frustrating.”
