Santa Rosa Apts are really good. Apartments are nice, with a larger than most kitchen, wood flooring, attractive grounds with nice landscaping and trees. It is quiet with convenient parking.Cons: gate sometimes is closed as early as 5:30. Clickers are unreliable. With 3 adult drivers in our apartment, we have only 1 garage door opener and 2 gate clickers.Slow maintenance follow thru, no one answers phone, 90% of time it is answering machine, frustrating.

Maintenance is so quick with the requests! It’s a breath of fresh air compared to what I’ve experienced in the past with other apartments. The ladies that run the show in the office are also always so sweet and hassle-free!

Been here for 3 years and really love it. Had to move from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom because they raised the rent so much. My only real complaint right now is the crazy amount of spiders and webs everywhere. I have complained about my patio and they did spray, but they are still everywhere, especially around the pool area, mail boxes, even in my apartment...just everywhere. I am talking black widows, brown widows, etc. I am afraid to open my windows and slider. It's not good.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Santa Rosa apartments in city of Wildomar and it was a truly wonderful experience. The apartments were modern and stylish, with all the amenities one could want. The views were breathtaking, and I could easily envision myself living there. Serina Garcia leasing consultant was friendly and helpful, and answered all my questions. All in all, it was an amazing visit and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS..These apartments are not family friendly. They kept sending emails stating kids cannot ride their bikes, use chalk etc.. there’s always dog poop all over the side walks and grass. Walls are so thin you can literally hear your neighbors using the restroom, cooking, etc. Pool area was always dirty and according to maintenance, floods are a common thing inside the apartments. We had one in ours and it was horrible getting them to fix and clean the apartment. Amber the manger was very quick to say “the flood is not their fault”Everything is so cheap inside the apartment. Be sure to take photos of EVERYTHING prior to moving in and save them for when you move out. They are already trying to charge us for damages the flood had caused & carpet stains and claim we had a dog when we don’t even own a dog and the carpet had stains when we moved in..

This is exactly the Tom foolery people have to go through when they move out. Besides the normal wear and tear. We have never had any pets; not even a gold fish because I have a 5 year old with lung disease who is on oxygen and can't have pets. So please explain to me how we had a pet?!? And they are refusing to show proof when the carpet was replaced.

We had a list of things to be completed and Javier completed all of them. He was efficient , hardworking and thorough. Throughout this time he was both friendly and kind. We can always count on Javier!

If you plan on moving in here please make sure to take photos of everything before moving & after moving out for proof.. and be ready to get hit with d*** fees after moving out..We ALWAYS take photos of EVERYTHING when we move into new locations and so far this place has been horrible to deal with after moving out, even with proof of photos and documentations. Everything inside the apartments is cheap and half assed. Floods inside the apartments are a very common thing (according to maintenance)so be aware of that. There's dog p*** EVERYWHERE! First apartment where we were able to hear the neighbors above and aside of us, walls are so thin.. If you have kids they aren't allowed to ride bikes OR EVEN use chalk. They're not family friendly. Many people who live there are planning on leaving or have left because of management and how shitty this place is.All in all, this place is VERY money hungry. good luck if you decide to move here.

(Notice how all the recent reviews are praising the staff and have nothing to do with the complex itself. ) You do not want to live here. They tried charging us over $3000 in move our fees and after taking them to court they immediately settled in court. Despite settling they still tried not paying us and we were getting calls from their third party collection company after the court date. Dogs are a serious problem in this complex. We have a dog and are very understanding of all the issues but there is literally dog p*** on the sidewalk every single day. People let big dogs run around off leash, we had to get into it with one of our neighbors who let his mountain dog jump up and scratch the arm of our newborn son. That was just one of the many people in the complex who do not respect the complex and just let their dog run off leash. During 2020 the management were horrible with the restrictions and they kept everything locked up long after all the restrictions were lifted. Despite all that, they felt the need to send in 3 employees at one time to do the smoke alarm checks. We have never lived in a complex where they so frequently did apartment inspections and every time the employees would come in with dirty shoes and track them through the whole apartment. Luxury apartment? The fixtures fall off the walls, the appliances break regularly only to be replaced by used appliances from other units. Plumbing was an ongoing issue with the water being shut off time and time again. Have an issue with your apartment? Good luck getting ahold of management. January 1st they send out a threatening email to everyone warning if Christmas lights were still up they would be fined. Don't believe me? Go talk to some people who live there, management treats it's tenants like they have control over you and don't seem to have any understanding that we are the ones paying to be there. There are a few maintenance people who were actually very friendly and cool, but the lady who worked there just hides out all day pretending to work and looks for items she can take from the trash to bring home. Want to sell drugs? This is a great place to do it apparently. Dude would have pounds delivered to his apartment and have random people pounding on his door at 730am until late into the night. Parking can be a problem and if you park on the street beware that hit and runs and smash and grabs happen regularly. Writing all of this it's hard to even believe it myself that it was this bad but we gave up our $2135 a month rent to pay $2800 just to get away. Supposedly it was a lot nicer before mg property management took over and while we were moving out the complex was being purchased by a new owner so maybe things will get better but again, don't take my word for it, go talk to some current tenants what they think before you lock into a lease.

Overall the apartments are super nice , spacious, and more than enough storage. quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors and close to a lot of places to shop. The prices have gone up like crazy since we first moved in which is a down side.. But no park for dogs or kids. Landscape isn't kept up on, and most service calls and fixed just enough to get by.

I am a newly single, disabled 60 year old woman. After 10 days of back and forth correspondence, exploring any other way to qualify me, they denied my application based on my income, which was not the $6600/month required. Now they are refusing to return my $300 deposit, on the basis of the length of time we emailed back and forth to try to figure out an alternate way for me to qualify such as using my savings, adding someone’s name to my lease or naming a financial backer.
