“I've been a customer for a little over 6 months now. I visit every few days to pick up my mail. The staff was great at helping me set up my box and my change of address. Even helped add my roommate when he was able to come on a different day. Always greet you when you come in the door and so friendly. When we moved again recently we had the option to move our mail to our residential address but opted to keep our current box at Postal Annex. They're convenient to my work location and the service is awesome.”

“This is for management. You need more workers. Your understaffing and its reprehensible. Even the us postal service has at least at least 2 people on a Saturday for busy offices.
Otherwise the worker was great. Handled the rush of multiple customers at once with grace, in the half hour period we were there. It was crowded. Just because this worker is awesome and has good attitude in such circumstances doesn't mean that justifies understaffing. Its not right.”
“I discover this place a few months ago when I needed to pay a utility bill, it was a nice and refreshing experience that when I first walked in the store to hear someone welcoming you and asking how was my day going. I’ve been coming to pay my bills regularly, buy my lottery tickets, among other things and it’s nice to see the owner always smiling and providing awesome customer service. “Great place for dropping off your packages! I never have a problem and the process is always so easy. They take packages from almost everywhere including both UPS and USPS. The shop is nicely stocked with all sorts of supplies to help with packing boxes. Although the shop is rather small, they also offer fun and random items for sale. The prices are fairly reasonable and they also sell boxes. The door not only lists their opening hours, but the time for pickups as well.Highly recommend if you need help with anything package related!”
“I’ve been using this post office for almost 2 decades, and the staff and service is always stellar. People actually smile at you when you walk in, which is rare these days especially at a post office. I am as close to the Los Alamos location as I am this one, But prefer this one over the other. They’re just not as friendly or engaged over there.”

“I went in today with a couple of unusual requests and Leo assisted me. My most important mission was to get an image “mirrored” for a needlepoint Christmas stocking pattern. The original was facing the wrong direction and would not have matched the other family stockings. He was so friendly, helpful, professional and persistent in getting this job done! It took a bit of time and manipulation on the computer to get it just right and he was able to do it. I also had to have it enlarged before printing. In addition, I needed to have an old family photo scanned in an attempt to have the proper color tones appear when ordering prints. I truly appreciated his extra time and effort! Job well done! Thank you very much!”
