I forgot to write this review last month, but I’d like to acknowledge Frances for being kind, helpful and understanding when I came in to get a money order. I used to go to the post office off casino drive but the employees there are really weird and rude, so I’ve decided to only come to THIS location since they actually display great customer service. So thank you Frances for being a great employee and for not making me feel dumb when I came to you for a money order!!

Just wanted to give a big shout out to Tom! I went in to get my passport situated today and he was awesome. He was very helpful with a positive and great attitude. Really appreciate his help today. Everything went smoothly 😌

I originally scheduled a passport appointment at the USPS on Rancho California Road in Temecula a month in advance. On the day of our appointment, I received a last-minute message that it was canceled. I had already taken leave from work and didn’t want the day to go to waste.
After checking online, I found this location—and I’m so glad I
did! I was able to renew passports for all three of my children without an appointment. Siri, the clerk at this location, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Although they are no longer accepting walk-ins, she kindly made time for us and got everything processed efficiently.
We were in and out in less than an hour. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. Thank you, Siri, for turning a frustrating situation into a smooth and pleasant experience!

You guys are the worse post office ever I can’t believe you can’t even deliver a letter my brother hasn’t received his Christmas card from his mom or me and we never ever had problems from you before I hope you know you ruined his Christmas his daughter got hers and she doesn’t live that far from him you know you sure how to ruin Christmas 😡

I posted change of address and they never let my carrier know. Confronted the manger that they disregarded it and had been throwing my mail away. Still are after 2 months when family sends packages to old address on accident and they aren't forwarded to new address.
Staff are kind but my god is every CA post office just trash?

Always late, delayed my package by days just for it to not show up at all, other packages got crushed.

The place was rude. I needed 2 pieces of tape and couldn't be helped. What's the world coming too! So sad.
