“We were looking for a reliable Vet Hospital for our dog Kallie, who is almost 12 years old and we found the Murrieta Oaks Veterinary Hospital. Wow, try them and you won't regret it. We met with Dr. Jeff Schmidts and he's the best. He is so straight forward and do explain everything to us on what's gonna happen and options for our dog.Also, the following day we, decided to put Kallie to sleep and we can say that we are relief on the services that we received from them, from the front desk and all of their Staff are so accommodating and you can really feel that they treat you as a Family and not just a mere Client. Murrieta Oaks Vet will be our go to Clinic for our other dogs. We are glad to find you. Thank you all mostly to you Sarina.”

“I haven't had this much peace of mind when handing my dog to a health care facility in 15 years. Old Town Vet Hospital is exceptionally clean, with a very warm atmosphere. The entire staff is friendly and gentle with my pet. The doctors and aides are well trained. experienced and compassionate. 10 stars”
“Took my 2 week old kitten there and they gave me a lot of helpful info on raising her, feeding her and gave her needed medications. Staff is helpful, informative and seem as if they know what they’re doing (they’ve yet to be wrong, but whenever I leave a review saying something positive like that, it seems to end up being ALL bad on my next visit to whomever I’d just given praise to, so I’m trying not to jinx myself, allowing the 5 stars to say how pleased I am with their services).
UPDATED: Turns out, my “she” is a “HE”! My gf was holding him some time ago, she noticed a little more “baggage” than he’d had before! LOL Yup, the little guy dropped nuggets on us! Luckily, “Tiger” was a name we could still use with him.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Care Animal Hospital Temecula. Dr Martinez and the rest of the team are great. Dr. Martinez’s kennel side manner is amazing. When she examines our elderly fury family member, she takes her time to make sure our anxious gentlemen feels safe and comfortable. The hospital is not the closest vet clinic to our home, but I don’t mind the drive knowing our fury family member is in good hands.”
“A couple years ago our usual vet couldn't see us for over a month (our dog was bitten by a neighbor's dog). When I called Murrieta Family Pet Hospital, they made room in their schedule and saw us that afternoon. Since then, we've been going back and have had great service (vaccines, general health things). I really appreciate the time Dr. Post (and his team) take with us. I never feel rushed and they lay out all tests and things they can do to treat whatever the issue is, without any pressure if I choose to forego some of the options. “Mountain View has taken care of a few of our dogs, and every experience has been wonderful. The entire team is genuinely kind, and the girls who work there are really sweet. You can tell they love what they do because it shows in the way they talk to the animals, the patience they have, and the care they put into every visit. It feels good to walk into a veterinary office where your pets are treated like family and not just another appointment on the schedule. Our dogs are always comfortable there, and that says everything. I am grateful to have found a place that provides not only excellent medical attention but also warmth and compassion. “We have been going to Dr Dickson since we moved here in 1993. At the time we got our first puppy, a German shepherd and she was the only vet in town that we felt comfortable with. The others were too expensive. Over the years the service and love and caring has not changed. Dr Dickson and her team truly care about my babies. It’s not just about the money. I love that Dr Dickson is old school and doesn’t jump to high cost treatments or unnecessary treatments. She will first try other methods and they usually always work. We have had many many animals over the years and every single one has been treated by Dr Dickson and her team. I won’t trust anyone else.”

“All around good experience wth the DR. and staff. We had to bring in my sons cat and found it it had feline cancer so not the best but they treat him with respect and my son with empathy. They waived the appointment few which they didn't need to but was very generous. We will always come back after this experience, its rare to find a caring place.”

“This is the second time I visited this location and the service is 10/10! Dr. Post is amazing and so is every staff member I’ve come across. They exude an energy that shows they care for the animals and the pet owners alike. They always reserve space and time for owners to voice their pet concerns and make you feel heard. I feel it’s hard to find a place to take your pet when they need medical attention without feeling like they’re trying to take advantage of you or trying to get you to spend extra money in some way. This Banfield location is nothing like that. They have continuously provided exceptional service and care. I will recommend this specific location time and time again.”

“Nobody ever wants to deal with the need for a service like this, but there does come a time (when that person wants more than just disposing of their pet). We were away from home on a short trip when we were notified by our DIL, who had stopped by to check on our dogs, that one (of three) had died in our absence. He was the youngest so it came as a shock to say the least. We were unable to return home to deal with it ourselves and she contacted a few places, with West Coast Pet Memorial Services (Lake Elsinore) as the only one stepping up to the plate to assist in a timely manner (one other outfit was willing to at literally x3 the cost). The little guy was picked up and the DIL told us the employee who arrived was kind and professional. A pet can be taken and dropped off at the facility by yourself, but we were not about to put her through that and never made the request of her to do so. We returned home two days later, on a Thursday, and were provided the info about West Coast. We looked at their site to determine what we would desire for them to do with the remains. Upon calling them the woman I spoke with was empathetic, acknowledging the emotional aspect of making decisions, and advised us to take the weekend to come to a consensus. We did just that. I called back on Monday and explained we wanted a solo cremation, which included a cedar box urn (they have many to choose from, for an additional price) and paw print on clay. The price was reasonable for the overall pickup, transport, cremation, urn and paw print. We picked up the remains and paw print three days later. The urn and paw print are both beautiful, which is appreciated. It has been two months now and we are both slowly getting over our loss. I appreciate the service we were provided and plan to use them when the other two pass away, with one potentially happening in the near future. This business is recommended by us.”

“Kalie (my black Labrador) and I were visiting our brother in Temecula, so I was out of town when I had to take Kali to a vet, as she had been vomiting and it wasn't stopping. It was my first experience with Vetco, and it was very positive! We received excellent care, a friendly and professional staff, and very knowledgeable doctors! “Took my cat in for some blood work and an exam. The office smelled good and was very clean. Dr. Ishikane did a great job with my cat and was very knowledgeable of my cats condition which was a relief. Cheyenne was my room nurse, she was so kind and helpful as well. Ashley, a technician there, referred me and it was a very great experience for me and my cat. Sarah and the other woman working at the front were amazing too. Thank you to the whole team!
