“Whenever I am in need of a truck or moving van I always go to the U Haul on Jefferson in Murrieta, I try to reserve the equipment online ahead of time so I know it will be available and that works great, but if you don't reserve it in advance, if they have what you need available they will be happy to rent it to you. The staff is always very kind and helpful and the equipment is always clean and ready to use! Thank you for everything!”
“This Penske location is small, but don’t let that fool you- the staff here are great and they have a service center here also. They have all kinds of trucks available and are open 7 days a week. The trucks are well maintained and clean.”

“We came to this location after we picked up a trailer from a different location. The trailer came off the tow on the freeway, put it back on and headed to this location which was about 3 minutes away. Dustin helped us repair the trailer and made sure it was put on properly this time. He was quick and very efficient. Great service from him!”

“I was at Stax Storage and inquiring about an Additional Storage unit for all the contents of My RV. (There was a FREAK accident and My RV will be in the Dealership's repair Dept. for at least 8 to 10 weeks. ??♀️??♀️??♀️) Lindsey was VERY, VERY HELPFUL Sweet and Patient while taking Me to see a couple of different size units. I noticed the 2 different sizes of U-Haul Trucks parked there too. II asked if they are RENTING the Trucks there at Stax because that would be SO CONVENIENT when I am ready to move My RV contents in the new unit. She said YES!!! I LOVED that, CONVENIENCE and LOW prices are An 'AWESOME' Combo!!! ??????✝️??? ”

“I love this place and is the only place I will go to rent a U-Haul in Temecula and Murrieta. Staff is extremely professional and nice. I been here multiple times in a two week period and every time was a pleasant experience.”
“Omg we had the worst time with uhaul thank god for the lady that works here. My friend had rented a uhaul in San Diego. On the way to help her take it back the tire warning light came on. Stopped to put air in it again and noticed not only that tire but 2 others were completely bald. So was the spare. So long story short uhaul had us sitting for over 4 hours while they sent out one of their people to assess the tires. They agreed the tires were unsafe so after another hour of going back and forth I had enough. I said I'm just taking this thing to the nearest uhaul and dropping it there. I'm so glad I did. The lady who worked here I believe her name was sharon? Was AMAZING. this particular uhaul didnt even rent out cargo vans but after she got with her district manager who was very prompt BTW she told me just leave it with them they will take care of it. I am so blown away on the horrible treatment we got from EVERYONE on a corporate level but yet lower on the totem pole these people understand customer service and corporate could stand to take some notes from this location. Thank you again sharon (I hope that's her name) you guys were amazing and kinda restored a little of my faith in the customer service area of people. Thank you so much”
