“This place always makes me feel like things are actually going to be fine, even on those mornings when my app crashes right when I need to check my balance. Ive been coming here for years and the tellers, especially Brenda, remeber your face if you pop in enough, so you dont feel like just another number walking through the lobby. Got stuck in line the otehr day for like ten minutes but it didnt even bother me because the lady at the teller window in front was having a whole life story conversation with the cashier, it was kind of fun to overhear. Theres this one drive up lane that is always faster in the afternoon if you skip the inner loop and go straight around the back, I learned that trick on visit three or four. They never lock the lobby super early the way some places do, you can run in at 4:55 and they'll still help you if its a simple deposit. I just like that its predictable and the people are real, no fake corporate smiles. Honestly I dont see myself ever switching away if they keep it up like this.”
