They won't honor paychecks from their own bank and want to charge $5 when they do. Worst bank ever. I would suggest never doing business with them

I'm moving my business down the street. Way too many errors, IT problems limiting access to account information, and plain BAD business practices. I will be surprised if this bank is around in a few years.

I love the staff, but "OFTEN" the computers are down, and these poor girls at the Willits, Ca branch NEVER have enough help, so shame on Tri Counties head office for NOT addressing these things immediately!!! We have 3 accounts there and are thinking of changing banks !!!
