“Amazing help on a Sunday afternoon — I was buying a helmet and got a great option on sale, but learned a lot about my choices from this really great sales associate (idk his name, but it was like 3pm and I just bought a used bike — you know who you are!!). Got me setup with a breakdown kit, talked me through bike maintenance materials and even their Saturday riding group. Such a great spot, will definitely be going back whenever I need anything!”

“We decided to buy my son a bike for Christmas and read wonderful reviews on yelp so we went over to check out the shop. Unfortunately we did not read that they were closed on Sundays, but serendipitously someone I presumed to be the owner, was letting a customer pick up his awesome bike. We asked if we could purchase a bike and he lead us in. He took his time to talk over the right bike for our son. He was knowledgeable, helpful and lead us to a bike my son will use for some years to come. I can't recommend this shop enough.”

Our large group (about 18 riders of various levels) spent the morning hanging at the shop and got to emgage with their entire team at the Redondo Beach location (prime access to the beach and surrounding areas). “Wonderful service. Had a question about an old singlespeed I bought second hand, and it ended up having the wrong sized sprocket. They were able to find a good sprocket and install it in just over an hour for a great price too.Great attitude and wasn’t snooty like too many bike shops.”
“Purchased two RX and both are up and running. There were any a couple issues and they both may have to due with shipping via FedEx. One, the front disk brake rotor was bent and had to be replaced and the other I cannot get the back derailed dialed in. I’ve had a couple shops look at it and one said it was bent. I’m not sure about that but seeing how the boxes were so beat up I need to look further.Performance is incredible. I live in Golden Colorado and as you can imagine the selection of terrain is endless. I’ve been to the top of hills and mountains where I had no business being. Lesson learned.Im looking forward to getting things fixed and riding this coming season.”

“Been trying to get time to check this place out. Wife needed good shoes for her Peloton Bike...ordering online sucks. For starters...they show opening time 10am...we for there slightly early and they still welcomed us in. Jerry and Howie were friggen awesome! Very knowledgeable, personable, didn't try and sell her the most expensive shoe ...but the most appropriate shoe for her needs. Asked Jerry some questions about our daughters E-Bikes...they have a huge repair area. And damn their selection of bikes and accessories is astounding. Again...made us feel right at home ...very sincere and legit place. Will be back 4 sure.”
“I called Felix's on Thursday (2/22/24) and explained the issues l was having with my adult tricycle, Pablo asked if l could bring it in for same day service. I explained that l was working and asked if they had weekend hours. He provided weekend business hours. I arrived 2/24/24 and received immediate service. Pablo even assisted me with retrieving the tricycle from the back of my truck. Pablo obviously loves his job and provided outstanding customer service and resolved all my issues. Thank you Pablo.”
“Ron and Cane saved my butt when I got a flat on my road ride, running tubeless but sealant couldn't stop the flat. They quickly fixed the flat and got me on my way, even offering to look into the warranty on my carbon rim. Highly recommend, support your local bike shop!!!”
