“Oh my, where to start off. I was in tough situation but after explaining everything to Ms. Jasmin R.. she knew what to do and how to do it immediately. She was amazing every step of the way. She explained everything detailedly and how we were going to proceed. I enjoyed the hospitality and made me feel like i can trust her and LBS Financials. She had the patience to explain everything to me again and again no matter how many times I asked the question or didnt understand some terms. There were many things i didnt know about getting a loan and she made sure I understood everything before proceeding to anything. She made feel protected and made me feel secured getting a loan with LBS. She made sure I had all the applications installed on my phone and how easy it is to have access to my account and payment information when needed. I truly enjoyed her service here and made my experience very pleasant.”

“Have been with this credit union for over 38 years. It used to be called Harbor Employees Credit Union but they changed the name a few years back. This credit union has been there for me since day one and their service had been outstanding to say the least. I once got myself into a bad loan with another agency and this credit union got me out of it before it was to late. I'll be banking with this credit union for the rest of my life or as long as they're doing business.”

“Small office in an industrial area. Good rates on money market and savings accounts. Loan processing can be a little slow, but the rated and in-house service is worth the rate. This location, maybe a coop, which means they service other credit unions as well. Consequently, they do request identification on all transactions. Credit Unions have always been a part of my financial portfolio.”
“This is the branch that I visit frequently but we always seem to get the same tiller like as if she's waiting on us and I don't like the fact that she write down everything that you say on paper like she's saving something are forgetting something she needs to retire”

“Excellent customer service, tellers are friendly and helpful. Ladies on desk side are also very helpful and welcoming. I recommend anyone that is far from the other branches to visit this one. It is located in a very random shopping center and parking can be a little busy but look to park in the left side and there's plenty and wide parking spots. I'll definitely visit again when need to. As I was reading the other reviews, I really don't think that customer service is bad. At least the few times I've called on behalf of my husband and in regards to anything as small as hours of operation and holidays. Every staff that has answer their phone have been extremely helpful and nice. Don't be afraid to call and also they have so many numbers but usually transfer to the branch you're asking for info, for more assistance.”
