My experience here has been a lot more pleasant recently. The current staff members are a lot kinder and friendlier. One employee is particular is often cheerful which I love and now feel comfortable going to my local post office without having to interact with rude staff.

They have been getting better.. wish they would have two people minimum to be up front...lines would be faster and people would be happier.. less stress on the one worker too..

Fist time in the post office in Wilmington I can say was pleasant and fast going through the line quick thank you staff that helps out and make it as quick as possible 😀
