“For feral cat appointments you have to call on the 1st Monday of each month. After 499 calls and 2 hours of time spent trying and getting a busy signal I finally got through. Then I was told all the appointments for the month were full and I would have to try again next month. ?
I believe the appointment system for feral cats needs to be changed. I’m trying to do the right thing and get these cats spayed/neutered and keep hitting flawed systems to get this done. Super frustrating! ?
UPDATE! Super excited and happy! They called me and two spots opened up! Can’t wait to get two of them trapped and “fixed”! ?????⬛”
“Dr. Singh and his staff have always been kind and polite. Dr. Singh is very knowledgeable and he tells you upfront what he feels the cost might be and that is some thing we as pet parents need to take into consideration .I understand the reschedule fee if you don’t make your appointment in time at the doctor, they charge you. “I found this local spot off of Nextdoor. Staff was very friendly, got an appointment very quickly. Small office and appears only one assistant to help the doctor plus answer phones / greet guests. Wait time was a little long which can be stressful for high energy pets..parking was easy. Prices were a bit high compared to other vet offices.”
“This hospital is by far the best in all ways. From the minute we walked in the door Sunday they have really gone above and beyond to help save our 1 year old lab Maverick! Mav ate stuff, got super backed up, fever, lethargic, and all. I thought he was dying on us literally! Fast forward to now he has a mass in his stomach and Dr. Gray found it with an ultrasound. The staff at this hospital totally LOVE your animals like their own. Dr. Jones, Dr. Gray, Dr. Petrunich, Kelly, Pat, Anna, Sabrina, I am positive I am missing people that have loved and taken amazing care of our family member. We are forever grateful.”
