“Although they didn't have in inventory the one tire I needed. They were very nice and even told me where I could find it. In deed I found it where they told me to go.”
“My car had to go to this shop to fix alignment. Months later, I ran a Carfax report, and I SEE THAT THEY RECORDED 177k miles in my car’s odometer in Carfax. But my car says only 27k miles right now. Now this odometer is fixed in my car’s records with Carfax. The buyers won’t pay any more than $15k, when it can be easily be sold for more than $30k.
This is really upsetting.
Update: 11/6/2025
- I discussed the matter with the manager of the shop. They admitted to the mistake and apologized, and escalated it to the corporate to reimburse me for the expenses I had with CARFAX, and corrected the records. I appreciate the manager Sam for addressing this issue. Obviously this was an extremely stressful mistake but I am grateful that they admitted to it, owned up to it, and fixed the matters to their own hands.”

“My truck had a breakdown on the way out after my oil change i let jiffy lube know a nd right away there manager called they came out to my house to see what happened and there going to give me a free diagnostic to see what's wrong. the manager was very concerned and attended in urgency I truly do appreciate adrian. However 2 weeks later promise not kept no free diagnostic its ok just won't be returning.”
