From our first call to picking up our vehicle, we were impressed with their professional, attentive service. Vehicle was ready before they thought it would be, the gentleman we worked with when we picked it up, Fabian D., took time to walk around the vehicle with us to go over the repairs and answer our questions. Plus it was washed and vaccumed inside, looked better than when we bought it! Very pleased with their service, highly recommend them!”

“Exclusive took such good car of us and our 97 Porsche Boxster!! We had some damage to our rear bumper and because of it's age we were turned away from another collision center. I started with Google for local collision centers and I read Exclusive's reviews (all good). Jessica is a sweetheart! She ensured us that they would be happy to work on the car. From start to finish she kept us posted. She worked directly with our insurance company and made the process seamless. We ended up adding their tint service and we are so happy with all the results! When turning over the car, they gave us some tips on any future paint corrections and ceramic coatings, etc., we may want to consider...and truly talked about our car like it was their own. They have a vision, for sure!! They even cleaned our yellowing headlights!!! That was much appreciated!!! We will definitely be returning with any auto body work, paint, etc., for all our vehicles that we may need in the future & would highly recommend them. Thank you!!!”

Edward is also great, always friendly and happy to help as well with a smile on his face ready to have a conversation. I have an older BMW, a 2007 X3 and it has run into some issues and older parts needing replacement. I have taken my car here for all work, including oil changes. If you want a shop you can trust to work on your European car this is basically the only one in all of Riverside county worth spending your money at. They will be honest with you and not overcharge. “i was scammed by what they call gypsy and he messed up the paint on my Mercedes. i had an estimate from body shop for $850. I called Nick and sent him a picture of the damage and he gave me a quote for $350. so I asked him to do it and he was at my house in two days and painted my car. He did a good job. I saved a lot. There's also a small dent on my car and he painted it for free. The dent was so small so I don't need to have it fixed. Just paint is fine for me. Thank you to all who gave him good reviews and that's why I hired him for the job. it pays to read reviews.”

“Luis is a magician! I bottomed-out the right front lower corner of my Class A motorhome. Every time I opened the door I was reminded. I could see the crack and it would catch the automatic steps as they lowered making a scraping noise. Luis told me that to do the job right would require 2 to 3 weeks of RV down time as the fiberglass had to cure properly before sanding and painting. I could not have been more pleased with his work. His estimate was spot on for cost and time. It looks great!”

“This is the 4th time we have brought our vehicle in to Classic Collision. Once before with this same vehicle. Even my family has brought their vehicles in for repairs. Reason being is because the crew you have at the French valley location are exemplary. They have great communication skills. We were updated as to the progress of the repair. The information was correct and acccurate especially on dates of completion. The completed work looks great. Honorable mentions to Oscar Garcia for fantastic communication on our repair. He walked us through all the way from beginning to end. He didn’t skip a beat on getting in touch with us and answering questions to our satisfaction. He did a great job. Not to forget Amanda Martinez. She was great with making us feel comfortable as we were in the office and answering any questions she could. She always answered the phone, so you feel like someone is there to connect with. Again we appreciate it for all the hard work. Oscar and Amanda definitely deserve something special. Thank you again.
