While I waited, I was offered drinks like I was in some fancy lounge. I half-expected someone to walk in and offer me a massage while my car got its makeover.
The staff? Super friendly. They treated me like a VIP, which I assume stands for Very Important Payer, because let me tell you, this place is a bit pricier than your average auto shop. But hey, if you’re the kind of person who likes a side of comfort with your car repairs, then this is your jam.
Sure, I paid a little extra, but I also got to sip on a cappuccino while my car got its new visor tint. If you like to splurge on a windshield that gets pampered like a celebrity, this is the spot for you. Your wallet might cry a little, but at least your car will look fabulous driving away!”
“Our vehicle was hit by road debris, sustained a damaged grill, headlight/turn signal, some bumper damage, and some scuffs/scratches. From our first call to picking up our vehicle, we were impressed with their professional, attentive service. Vehicle was ready before they thought it would be, the gentleman we worked with when we picked it up, Fabian D., took time to walk around the vehicle with us to go over the repairs and answer our questions. “Man is a life safer!! My dog murdered my window’s button/motor literal minutes before I had to leave for work. I was panicking calling everyone to try to get it fixed because I didn’t feel comfortable going to work and leaving my car in public with its window down all day. He got to me in like 10-15 minutes and got me squared away in just about the same time. He had to take the inside door out all because my dog popped the switch into the door and it was stuck. Then we find out he completed busted the motor. Johnny was able to get it out and pull the window up for now. Needless to say when I get the new motor I’ll be calling him back! Thank you again!!??????”

“I took my vehicle in for inspection and from the start I was served by Jessica who works the front desk. I could not have been better served by this young lady. She was so patient and pleasant. Some people are not meant to deal with the public, she definitely.
My appointment was for 830 and at 835 I was being met by the auto service attendant who quickly handled his business and sent me on my way. It’s good to know that this company is here close to home should I ever need them again. “This is the 4th time we have brought our vehicle in to Classic Collision. Once before with this same vehicle. Even my family has brought their vehicles in for repairs. Reason being is because the crew you have at the French valley location are exemplary. They have great communication skills. We were updated as to the progress of the repair. The information was correct and acccurate especially on dates of completion. The completed work looks great. Honorable mentions to Oscar Garcia for fantastic communication on our repair. He walked us through all the way from beginning to end. He didn’t skip a beat on getting in touch with us and answering questions to our satisfaction. He did a great job. Not to forget Amanda Martinez. She was great with making us feel comfortable as we were in the office and answering any questions she could. She always answered the phone, so you feel like someone is there to connect with. Again we appreciate it for all the hard work. Oscar and Amanda definitely deserve something special. Thank you again.
