“Manuel was great. I opened a checking account and had specific questions pertaining to a promo, and he had the answers. Service was fast and friendly. He even laughed at my jokes. Now THATS going above and beyond. Too bad thats not my normal bank. I was in a different area at that time. I don't understand why they have bad reviews. Maybe bad day or can't make those people happy anyway even if you jump up and down for them.”
“I use to work at gas stations for a 7 years, this is the cleanest, most organized, and well stocked store I have seen in a while. I was impressed, staff was friendly and they have a nice variety of snacks and drinks. We'll be back when I'm near the area again. Kuddos to staff, hope the manager and owner realize how good of staff they have right now. Good help is hard to come by and keep, especially in this business and in these times.”

“Nancy at this location is absolutely amazing. I came in looking for help with getting a cashiers check. Nancy was very professional and courteous. I really like this branch. The security guard is always very kind out front as well. They've done some remodeling which makes this place seem "less personable" but I get it. My only complaint is that no employee here knows the answer to one specific question. "Who is the trustee on title of the bank"? Why don't they know?”

“I have been with Wells Fargo for years and never have had any major problems so naturally I went here to open my sons first checking account and our experience was amazing. We worked with Tiffany and she made the process very memorable. She walked my son through everything, took her time, answered all of our questions and was so sweet about everything. I went back with her the next day to open my business account after going back and forth on which bank to do this with. Thank you Tiffany we appreciate you. My only advice would be to make an appointment the wait time was a bit long.”

“Large grocery store reminds me of home in Madison Alabama. Store layout was very similar to our Kroger grocery store. Prices seemed a bit high but this was California. Good selection of tuna and Salmon. Happy thanksgiving with our grandchildren!”
