When I mentioned that I might need a climate controlled facility, she even shared the information I needed for the closest one that has climate control! It made such a huge difference to get competent, efficient and pleasant customer service assistance when I was dreading the move. “These people are amazing. They are caring, patient, empathetic, fair, helpful, they work with you even if you are struggling, I have never had such a great experience especially with a storage place. It feels like you are renting from family (family that you like and want you to succeed). I moved an hour away and still am keeping some of my stuff with them. The place is clean, quiet, they are easily available when you need to reach them, they always have a smile and try to help come up with solutions to your issues, and they have a nice bathroom that's open even after hours (although temporarily not working) but I'm sure they will fix it. They have a truck you can rent for a great price when you move in, they have a good lock at a good price you can buy...this is the place you want to put your stuff! The woman in the office Vanessa is great, and gives you a call before you are late and get a late fee, in case you forgot. The manager Bryant is an all-around fantastic human! It's rare to see a manager who is so accessible, helpful, observant, intelligent, will work with you fairly and who always has a big smile. Also all the units you drive right up to...no inside units upstairs or down some dank hallway. Prices are not too high for the industry and it is safe and clean. Highly recommend this place!!”

“Sharon was so helpful and friendly. I had been trying to get there after work before they closed for sometime and I stopped by late one day right at closing. Even though she was getting ready to leave, she stayed and helped get me set up with the reservation. On move-in day she was there and got the paperwork set up very quickly and showed us to the unit. The unit was very nice, clean and easy to get to. I couldn’t ask for an easier move-in.”
