“Got a great deal! 50 percent off 3 months and my unit is alarmed and the place is so clean! friendly staff and Ray asked if we needed to borrow a dolly or needed ice cold water on this very hot day of moving.”
“I have been dealing with this company for years they are great and your stuff is taken care of the units are always clean and so is the entire facility. If you having a problem they will work with you you just need to call them. I'd recommend this company to anyone”
“Great experience overall. The unit was well kept, and Chanel, the onsite manager, was very kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. She really went above and beyond to help me with my account. The only thing to be aware of is that cancellations are handled through corporate, so that process can feel a little corporate and less personal.”
“This Extra Space Has Been An AMAZING EXPERIENCE ALL THE WAY AROUND !!! EXCELLENT COSTOMER SERVICE - Very COURTEOUS STAFF 5 STAR ALL THE WAY AROUND - most definitely would refer anyone!!”
“Everything was super easy. I picked size, reserved & paid online. When I arrived the following day, my packet & lock (which is provided) were all waiting for me. Downloading the app makes it so easy to access entry to gate & doorways if you have an inside storage. I was confused about the lock but front office came right away to help me. She was so pleasant. Highly recommend!!”
“This is one of a few RV/boat storage facilities in my area that has an office and staff on-site. Most other places boast EZ online registration. I wanted face-to-face interaction. Kevin was fast, friendly and very helpful. Got a great introductory offer!”
“Us storage is great place. The workers are nice and helpful. They also took care of me and my family with waters, after we put everything in the storage. Thank you guys.”
“I drove to several locations looking to rent a storage unit.
I walked into Storage Etc. in Menifee, met Tony and Shawntel. They were very helpful in assisting me to rent the storage unit.
Their price was affordable, and they let me move my belongings in right away.
I will recommend them to anyone who is searching for a storage unit!”
“Sun City Mini Storage was my first stop. Thank you for your excellent customer service TS. You made the paperwork process very stress free. I was able to check prices and available units online. Sun City Mini Storage is close to my home. I returned that afternoon with my belongings, I was offered a cold bottle of water. AWESOME Customer service!!!!”
“Ashley is awesome! She was patient, professional and answered all my questions. The facility is very nice and clean and I feel that my items will be very secure with the technology for entering and leaving with no keys or locks needed. The customer contact with the Kiosks was a great experience with Ashley. I would definitely recommend StaxUP Storage.”
“Matthew was extremely professional and friendly. Very thorough in explaining everything from the unit cost, insurance, gate access, and using the app for easy account management along with digital gate access via the app. Very reasonably priced as well! Strongly recommend Extra Space Storage in Wildomar, CA!”

“Very happy to be here with Public Storage. Great rate very fair. Great customer service. Excellent Property Manager on site.
6/12/26 Visit to storage. Able to speak with Kiara. 100% satisfied.”
“I have rented a storage unit for at least four or five years. I started with a small unit, then moved to a large unit, and currently moved into a medium unit. My interactions with the staff is good and this includes the new staff. My items are stored in the air conditioned unit. I choose this particular unit due to items I bought 40 yrs ago in Germany. The wood items have kept good over the years in the unit. The facility is well kept and carts are available as needed. They also provide locked restrooms for their customers. My only concern is the price increases. However, they will listen to your concerns to and help find solutions. Customers can purchase moving accessories in the lobby area. The facility has security cameras and Uhaul trucks for rent. The administration team are strong advocates for the community and invite customer participation. I am happy here and the facility is close to my home. Lastly, you have access to your unit seven days a week which is a huge convenience. Thank you, for all that you do for customers and the community. Warmly, P. Peyton”
“I can't say enough about the crew at Hemet CubeSmart. I have several storage units and the customer service at this location is top notch. These two definitely deserve a raise and maybe even a company car. Thank you for all your help.”
“Hello Everyone- hi I’m a new tenant at Clearhome Storage in Homeland. I want to report to everyone that I am extremely happy with the new facility, the staff and whole move-in process. They have been extremely professional and offer great storage at a reasonable price. Particular mention to Alyssa for making the move in very smooth. Thank you! Bill R”
“Elena is an angel. She came out on her free time to unlock the rental truck where we left our vehicle key in the rental truck. She deserves recognition and is a very nice lady.”
“Extremely easy to aquire the storage we needed. Actually was offered a better deal than I got on-line. Unit was clean and well lit. Accces thru one gate only with code and is monitored 24/7. Hours of access are convenient. (6am-10pm). You will need a commercial disk lock. They have them for sale if you don't.
I highly recommend StaxUP for all your storage needs. Excellent customer service and clean facility and very competitive prices.”
“Tom is so helpful! Appreciate everything he has helped us with! He always does go above and beyond!! The security here is great also, it’s always so clean here!!”
“Great facility! Gabe made signing up for a storage unit quick and easy, and runs a tight ship at the Menifee location. Also made dropping off a U-Haul truck painless and fast.
Thanks!”
“I have been a customer for 4 years now. The gate opens when it's supposed to. The manager is really responsive and pays attention to who is coming and going into the facility.”
“This storage is like no other. It's so very nice and very quiet. I hardly see anyone else almost everything I go, and I go alot. I will hope to keep all my belongings their for as long as I need a storage and for as long as they will allow it thank you.”
“Good pricing. Good vehicle and RV storage. The Girl in the office was very friendly and helpful. She made the process of renting a spot quick and easy . I was very pleased. I highly recommend this storage place. .”
“Great storage place Nice and polite very helpful Will definitely recommend anyone I know very clean and professional only one that I could find in the area that was 24 hours”
“I've been to other RV storage lots, but Santa Fe beats them all. When you meet the owners, Susan and Conrad, you'll understand why. The place is peaceful, informal, and so secure; a trio of features that don't normally team up.In your search for RV and vehicle storage, go to Santa Fe last and you'll feel ridiculous for shopping around. Go there first and your search will be over. "Thank you Susan and Conrad for your hospitality and professionalism; I am glad to know you both".”
“We are so pleased that we chose G&H moving for our move. They were prompt proffessional.Jim was so thoughtful and helpful. If you are moving ; do not use any other moving company..........”

“I recently moved out and finally into my new home but this storage was perfect for what I needed while I was in college with great prices. Everyone here was always so kind and helpful whenever we had any questions or when we had to get an extra unit to help us move into our new home. It was always clean, well lit, and great sizes for the prices. I no longer live in the area but I would definitely recommend this place.”
