“Windsor PO (95492) does have a charming location. Sorta convenient with other shopping enterprises . Now I read they want new people. Saint Patrick's Day 2026 job fair. Pic as proof.”

160 Foss Creek Circle, Healdsburg CA 95448
“Our local post office in Healdsburg is wonderful. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful in the office and our carriers have always been super friendly. I have had a few delivery issues over the years and staff have always helped track down my package promptly and even call me back personally with solutions. Maybe it’s that small town care and attention to detail, but I’m impressed!”

“Going to the post office is not always a preferred task, but Ellen and her team at this location make it easy. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient. No one likes to wait a long time, but sometimes we just have to. Please be kind to them.”

3171 Ross Rd, Graton CA 95444
“This is the most friendly and happy post office I have been to across the country! From the community board to the book exchange and the friendliest postal workers it feels like a "family-run", real community centered post office. In old days the post office was a center of community welfare, and for sure this one remains so too, all from the care of those who work there. Thank you!!! PS. The employees even go out of their way to personally pay for packing tape!”

“I don't come here too often, but when I do I always find helpful and friendly staff here! This week, helped me figure out the best way to send my package. There was a pretty long line, they could use another associate up front during busy times.”

“Thanks to clerk 16 from Forestville Post Office for professional, kind and efficient help on Friday June 4. I mailed a package to Healdsburg and the other was international. The process was a breeze. The office is clean, welcoming, well lit and parking is easy. Thanks so much.”

2850 McBride Lane Suite 2850, Santa Rosa CA 95403
“Kara (spelling?) was fantastic! She went way above and beyond to assist me with our business not receiving our mail while moving between office spots. She showed so much empathy after seeing how depressed I was, and she asked for my number, and then did a deep search to find our mail. She then texted me to let me know she found it and that I could come back to pick it up. She not only made my day, she made my week, and possibly saved my job! If USPS has Employee of the Month, she deserves it! Such a nice, friendly person with exceptional customer service. I wish everybody was as caring as she is. Good job Cara, thank you USPS!!!”
