“OK, this guy/ worker named Anthony totally helped me figure out how to put a box together for this really awkward shaped frame that I got as my only inheritance from my uncle and he was so chill and easy to work with and helped me out thank you so much. Couldn’t recommend this worker enough. I was panicked and he helped me get my package sent and was super kind. Thank you again.”

“This was a great location to gather my mail and packages while during my extended stay in CA. It is very close to LA and is a must if you are needing a temporary or additional mailbox if you're near the Winnetka, Topanga, West Hills, or even Thousand Oaks area. I even chose to keep my box when I was staying closer to the Hollywood area. For one, the people who run it are very nice and pleasant to deal with. They form a rapport with their customers and memorize their information such as their box number, which of course felt nice. Im sorry That I had to eventually pack up and leave due to moving. Please, do not hesitate to get a box and try out Express Pack and Ship in Winnetka, CA. Did I mention, they are RIGHT NEXT DOOR to the USPS central office in Winnetka. That is a great location for a company like this. My Regards.”

“This is the USPS location I use most of the time because it’s the closest to my house. The staff are always super friendly and ready to explain anything I need help with. They have a small parking lot that can get busy at times you might have to wait a minute or two or circle back for a spot. Inside, there are only two or three service counters, but the staff work efficiently and keep the line moving, so wait times are rarely an issue. I’ve had to send packages internationally before, and any time I had questions about the forms or process, they helped me every step of the way with a smile on their faces. It’s a completely different experience compared to the Reseda location, where everyone always looks miserable. I 100% recommend this USPS location to anyone in the Winnetka area who needs to send mail.”
