“This is hands down the best post office I've ever been to. The customer service is top notch! The guy working there, (I don't remember his name but he's got a beard and he speaks Spanish) has the best customer service I've ever encountered at any post office. He treats everyone with a smile and is so nice when you ask him any question. The older lady is also soooooo helpful!! You guys need to give these people a pay raise because when I say this is the best I've ever been treated at a post office, I mean it!! Hell I live in Van Nuys and I'll drive the extra 20 mins just to go mail at this post office. The post office close to my house doesn't even compare to this one!!”

“I came to return an Amazon package. Previously, I went to the UPS in Woodland Hills and had some really bad service. Today, while in line waiting at this UPS on Roscoe and Topanga, I witnessed an employee named, Daniel, do something you often don’t see in the customer service business anymore. He showed passion, kindness, and very hard work ethic. Sweating while package something for 2 people who mailing a large package. Before she paid, he apologized and told her “ I forgot to add your coupon”. She was so grateful she kept saying thank you to him , and he responded “I love what I do”. Anyone, with an “I love what I do”attitude performs better at any job they have. Daniel is a prime example of someone who loves what he does. Very polite, and hard working. If you are the owner of this business you need to realize what a gem you have for an employee. Finding people like him in any service industry is not easy now a days. God bless you, Daniel. The world would be a better place with people as dedicated as you.”

“If you want your FedEx packages get shipped on time, deliver it yourself to this SHIP Center and out your package goes. The entrance is on Eton st, not on Vanowen, they have free open gated good parking on Eton street for customers, open 6 days a week.”

“Oh wow. After reading all the reviews about packages not being delivered, I’m not sure if I should feel relieved that it happened to a lot of people too. I tried to be very understanding of whatever circumstance they are experiencing but for missing packages or undelivered to happen several times is unacceptable. The staff at this location aren’t really very happy with their jobs. They should retire or find a new job. Very seldom that they would act happy in serving you. I guess usps employees have that demeanor because it’s the same with the winnetka branch.***I’m still giving it 5star because Happy and Melissa are doing their job in following up and making sure you get your packages. I highly commend these two.”
