“A little strange, I didn't see FedEx on the outside of the Walgreens and wasn't sure so I went inside to see. There is a photo processing and FedEx counter in the front corner. It was Sunday so it took a minute for someone to show up, then they had to call someone else to get the magic scanner. I would have liked a written or printed receipt but they said I'd get one via text. I got the text but it said no information was available. Tracking was available later but stated the three boxes weighed 1 lb but they were monitors weighing a lot more. A bit strange, I hope it all goes ok. Time will tell. I guess I should have waited until Monday for a real FedEx office not a kiosk in a store.”

During my most recent visit on 3/25, I received outstanding service. The attendant went above and beyond to help me retrieve an important package that had been experiencing delivery issues. I am very grateful for the extra effort and care shown.
I also want to recognize the back office and customer service teams for their support. Overall, I had a great experience and truly appreciate the level of service I received.

When I first moved to West Hills almost a year ago, some of my packages got held up at this location, and I will be the first to say the vibe, attitude, and overall customer experience were lackluster to say the least. This morning I got a notification that a package was held at this location rather than my neighborhood West Hills office, and when I tell you I was dreading going to pick it up, it’s not an over-exaggeration. Then I walked in, and it felt like I was at a completely different post office. The vibe was kind, the attitudes were friendly, and the overall experience was super helpful. I don’t know who or what turned this location around, but they definitely deserve a raise. And a special thank you to Roger for going above and beyond today. I thought this package was lost for good, but it’s clear that not all heroes wear capes!”
